They are Atomos caddies - nicely made just as well as nobody else does make them - have four Atomos recorders so need lots of additional drives (and caddies).

Needed for my set of Atomos Ninja recorders, proprietary caddy that's needed to hot-swap disk drives.Not too badly priced for the set and a good source of protection for my disk drives.
