Even though these charms looked good once put on my bracelet after 8 weeks they have lost their colour and are now a cheap copper colour .....this has been from day to day chores etc....so my Advice is...even though they do look really nice they are not good quality and lose their silver colour within weeksThese charms are given a satisfaction guarantee but I have found it impossible to find any links in regards to this

I wouldn't even give this piece of tat a one star if I could. All the colour has rubbed off and I've been left with a horrible ruff feeling copper lump!!

Was going too send back but have decided too keep as cant be bothered to mess about .. they dont look as good as the pic at all so not happy really they look cheap and not as bright

Great detail at a great price too. An excellent Pandora alternative. Not giving full 5 stars as it was worn in the wet a few times and the colour has changed slightly although the original Pandora accessories all started the same

I brought this for my girlfriend thinking it was Pandora. The silver has worn off and it is now stuck on a Pandora bracelet .We asked Pandora to remove it but they were not able to.
