Manufacturing company should provide with cable glands and the necessary fittings to overcome with separate orders

I thought this was the perfect solution to wanting some garden lighting on a timer. Unfortunately the product is poorly made - the timer unit didn't work. The wiring instructions lead you to believe that English is a second language and I cannot see a British standard kitemark anywhere on the packaging. I asked a qualified electrician to take a look at it and he said for an outdoor product it was extremely bad (his words were more explicit!)If I could return this product, I would, but of course, in fitting it I have drilled a hole for the electrical cables.My advice, don't waste your money - totally unfit for purpose

Not great, this is the second timer of this type. I have used . This one lasted a couple of weeks before the override switch wouldn't override because the pin inside had become detached from the cog and snapped. Therefore only works on the timer which isn't a lot of good. There are not very many of this type of timer around and it wasn't cheap, so not happy. Now looking for alternatives

Product that I received had a faulty timer, Phoned up the maker went through the problem, he concluded that it was faulty and sent out a replacement the same day. Other reviews about this firm suggest that customers have experienced problems but I felt they had excellent customer service. it did take three phone calls to speak to the right person, but when I got though the service was great.the product itself does just what I want, I use it to put on garden lights, and it also can be wired to have a 13a socket available by wiring the lights direct to the timer.

I only bought this particular item because it had the timer. It didn't work from day 1, but as it was already in place with holes drilled in the wall I had to use it. So now I have a separate outdoor box, with an extension lead and separate time installed. Pretty poor as the whole point of buying this item was to avoid such an extension and external box.

Does not work properly, waste of money.
