What does the large band size, measurments it covers?

This is a band to hold a diabetic sensor worn on the arm that works with the Libre 2 reader so that you don't have to prink the fingers to know your diabetic readings

Can this be worn in the shower?

Yes. I have used it a couple of times when I needed to make sure I couldn't accidentally bump/rip out my sensor,but I have found for normal everyday use it is a bit awkward.
