notice the cost : you need to take 3 tablets twice daily so 100 capsules would last less then 17 days. The product itself is fine.

Unsure.
I haven’t noticed a difference. Capsules are quite large and make me gag every time. I don’t know if I would but again. How ever for the price if they work for you it’s a good deal.
