Absolutely AMAZING customer service! When I received my lava lamp, the bulb that it came with, had a loose filament and it was not working properly. I emailed the company and received a response within five minutes. They sent me complementary bulbs at no charge. The lava lamp works perfectly now! I would absolutely order from this company again.

I haven’t written a review in years, but I had to do it for this lamp. One of the top 10 best purchases I’ve made all year. I got the pink base with purple liquid/yellow orange wax. In photos are examples of what mine looks like in the day light and in the dark night. Bubbles very nicely after second use!! Great tool for focusing and calming, and for those with ADHD… my kids and I find it very helpful, so it was a need over a want after all. I highly recommend everyone get at least one for their space, as for me I will be purchasing more in different colors. Thank you, Jambo, for sharing your beautiful lamp creations with the world. I absolutely love it, grateful for it.

beautiful lamp, clear liquid, the lava flows nicely, it arrived a day early and i love the color. i will say i only rate 4 stars because the bulb it came with didn’t work so i did have to order some after the fact but its fine..it’s worth it!

Nous l'avons acheté pour la chambre de ma fille et c'est parfait. Ça fait une petite lumière et les bulles sont agréables. Ça prend un peu de temps avant d'atteindre la bonne chaleur et de voir les bulles. Attention, ça devient quand même chaud, donc faire attention avec les petits enfants.

This lava lamp is nice, in that it actually works -the wax inside floats up, cools and then drops to the bottom, then repeats. The color is pleasing too. So, a product that does what it is supposed to do. So often these days, product quality is so poor, on the borderline of workable, all in the name of profit at the risk of an actual working product. You should be okay with this purchase as it is as advertises, a working product at a reasonable price.

It is as pictured and works great however, if for kids be forewarned, it gets very hot to the touch

This is a gift! My granddaughter will love her new 16 inch lava lamp. This one is authentic...perfect colors!! Strong metal design made to last, and I can hardly wait to give it to her for her new bedroom redesign. Thanks Amazon, for having exactly what I need, when I need it!
