Yes it does wash away easily with shampoo. Also it does not run if you get caught out in the rain.

Hi I think so. It feels finer so I feel it blends in better, the colour is great too. My scalp is very sensitive so the Toppik used to make my head itch this one doesn't. It's a lot cheaper too. Hope this helps answer your question.
