Very strong
The bottles, though small were well packaged and arrived in good time. The contents are clear liquids, highly concentrated. Four drops of the rose were enough to flavour a batch of cake mixture. I made a larger batch of the violet mixture and added seven drops which made a very stong flavour and left a bit of an after taste. Not unpleasent. I haven't tried the lavender yet, but will be using it sparingly when I do. My only worry is with the tops of the bottles. They appeared loose but needed to be pushed in in order to open them which was a little disconcerting.

Very intense flavours with a nice aroma. I like to experiment making different flavoured alcoholic liqueurs. I have purchased most of the flavours that this company sells, which is a lot, and just about all of them are excellent for making liqueurs. Some vodka, sugar, red and blue food colour and a few drops of the violet essence makes a fantastic Parma Violet flavoured liqueur. I haven't tried the other two yet but I intend to make a Turkish delight liqueur with the Rose flavour soon. These are ideal for baking, cooking and flourishing drinks, etc. I would highly recommend them.

I bought the pack of 3 flavours and so very pleased with my purchase .The Violet is just like the Palma violets .Great for making violet chocolates Would recommend to those seeking that extra special flavouring

Rose flavour is terrible, violet is lovely
The rose flavour is terrible.. It is just ober powered by the foliage smell of roses. Its completely unusable! The voilet flavour is lovely really nice. Haven't tried the lavender as no use of it.

Brilliant!
Wow - cannot fault these little beauties. The flavourings are completely natural and do not smell or taste artificial in any way. A little also goes a long way. Will be using them throughout the year for other flavoursome goodies!
