Hi, 0.5 mils has 2000iu, you can have more or less as it's up to you. It's an excellent product ! I use to take 5000iu in tablet form which was synthesised from sheeps wool and found it to cause muscle spasms. The liquid D3 is made from lichen which is much better than the other and is very relaxing and more gentler on the bodily system. Most of the D3 tablets or soft gels are made cheaply in China and that's why they are cheap

How long does one bottle last?

If you take it everyday, the stated dose is 0.5 ml and the bottle is 50 ml - so 100 days, just over three months.

is this product GM free?

is this product vegan?

Yes it is vegan . It is also free from gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy, milk, added sugar, salt, yeast, soy, preservatives, artificial colourings. It used to be made with base of rice bran oil but as the company Viridian found they could not get a supply without impurities they changed to sunflower oil base. the sunflower version tastes bit oilier. We use children's version as well but this is just a fifth strength, so works out much cheaper to buy adult version and give child one fifth of the amount.
