Does this work on Krita?

For me, not really, it's kinda for all the softwares that I use, it just doesn't draw, and stays in one spot on the screen even though I'm moving the pen on the tablet.

Is there any other way to install this tablet's software onto my computer other than the cd? i'm asking because my computer doesn't have a cd rom.

Yes you can easily do a search for huion drivers and download them from the web I did so for my daughters computer and had little issues

will work on windows 10?

Yes. I use mine on Windows 10 for Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CC 2017. I've also used it on the Win10 Sketch Pad and Screen Sketch features w/o issues. It did fail to load during one boot sequence, but a reboot seemed to fix it.

Does the tablet and glove work well for a left handed person?

The glove can go on either hand, and there is a left-handed option in the menu for the tablet where you set up the express keys.
