My son done some art work with it, he managed ok with it.

this is great stuff, sets super clear like the name says, i used it on the inside of a scratch built RC submarine SEAVIEW, from voyage to the bottom of the sea to make sure the windows in the nose were watertight and its done a fantastic job of it, i mixed small amounts at a time (about 20ml ) then turned the sub upside down and angled the nose down then poured the SUPACLEAR inside over the 'windows', it spread out in a thin layer so heat build up was kept to a minimum and would not crack, waiting around 30 to 40 minutes for it to begin to harden (jelly like state) then mixing another 20ml and pouring that in. after doing that 14 or 15 times it built up the thickness to about 2 inches and 6 inches wide and totally sealed the windows and made the nose of the sub look superb when illuminated from within, not what its intended for but i don't care because it worked flawlessly and looks superb

Bought some of this 4 years ago and it has gone solid, the can was not exposed to air and so should be okay. No mention of shelf life on can.

Very good and goes a long way.do need a well ventilation as is strong smell

I have just used this product for a model of a pond with my granddaughter and it worked wonderfully looks really good (see photo) will be looking to see what other ideas we can come up with now, when you mix the resin please make sure it's in a well ventilated area and wear gloves, it's just taking appropriate care when using and it should work out fine, I would just like to say thank you to Steph who sent me a replacement syringe as the carrier damaged my parcel and lost the syringe, so overall a excellent product well worth the money.

Ok... this is cheap and it shows. The surface is greasy and tacky unless you scrub it really hard. They recommend covering with cling film to prevent this but the film just sticks to the suface and refuses to come off.... It shrinks and peels away from the sides of wherever you pour it leaving a waxy residue. The 1% hardner to resin ratio is not condusive to a good mix: it really isn't easy to evenly mix 1cc to 100cc. It takes forever to harden, even in ideal conditions. While it says it can be sanded it seems to "melt" under the friction of abrasives which again results in the resin peeling if poured into anything.Overall, while its cheap it really is limited.

I really like this resin's clarity, but have a problem handling it, even after leaving it alone for 7 days, as it leaves finger prints on the surface. I would like to make coasters with it, but don't know how to make it heat tolerent and not leave mug indentations in it....any suggestions, anyone??? I've already tried spray gloss varnishes and even an engine laquer.......?
