I have joint issues, physical pain and digestive issues which mean I struggle with magnesium levels. These are a dream when dissolved in the bath. Magnesium can be absorbed through the skin, so soaking in magnesium salts is an excellent way of topping up. They make all the difference and work especially well with the kneipp arnica bath oil! Even my super skeptical husband was putting a bowl full in his bath after he broke his ribs, swearing it made the difference to how he felt for hours afterwards. Great value in this size and definitely worth a try for injury/pain/doms/restless legs/cramps etc.

I’ve been buying this product for a few years now. It is consistently excellent quality, consistently prompt delivery and the price has been stable. It’s a large sack. I empty some out into a smaller container for my bath regime. I will continue to purchase in the future.

Easy to use

Great value for money! The product seems the same quality as more expensive brands available in shops. I love my hot bath with a good soak of Epsom Bath salts. It's super relaxing and I sleep so well afterwards. Make sure you are strong enough to carry 25kg bag!

These salts are excellent value for money. They are quite fine and dissolve easily in the bath. About a quarter of the price of the smaller fancy packaged products, you just need somewhere to store them.

Well came in a white sack saying made in china, nothing like the packaging in picture, however it was not like what another reveiwer said about being in boulders, the salt was all very loose, ive had 4 baths with it so far, and i must say it does leave my skin feeling soft, also i had very bad cramp one night, my daughter ran the bath and put a good amout of the epson salts in, it helped alot, i did you to buy a eucalyptus version of epson salts which was quite expensive, but i just purchased a bottle of eucalyptus oil , which i ntend to put just a drop in with next bath, i have to say this is good value for money

I have ben using Epsom salts for well over 10 years & these are without the VERY BEST QUALITY I've come across. My brother I law manufactures cosmetics & skin care but he's never supplied me with this quality. Regular users will know quality & purity can vary considerably. I've already ordered 2 more bags. I will NOT buy from any other supplier in the future. Delivery and packaging are excellent too. I've been an Amazon customer longer than I can remember. This is my 1st review!!

I got 20kg of this stuff I've been told it's 99% pure magnesium sulphate. It reduced the pain it was very salty I put too much and some reason I could taste salt in my mouth I guess my feet are absorbing the sodium magnesium if i could taste a little or maybe it was via my nose that I could sense it. Either way i guess it's the real deal very little magnesium lost in the process so all good. No flaws for me means 5/5 hopefully price gets better on deals cause I go through this stuff like dark chocolate very fast.
