I was so excited when I bought this and then was so annoyed because it “didn’t work” and “didn’t line up with my neck size” so I kept trying but stopped. I finally took the time and effort to get adjusted at the chiropractor and realized after years my jaw, neck, and spine were so slightly misaligned that I had NO IDEA I was tilted to the right causing 4 years of extreme tmj/jaw pain. I tried this little orange guy afterwards, and it works like a literal charm. now that i’m aligned it hits the trigger points perfectly (especially at the base of my skull where all my migraines start) and it’s now my go-to tool when i’m in pain, and believe me i’ve tried everything. it perfectly aligns and you can rock it back and forth to get the tension out. amazing 10/10 I hope someone sees this and buys it so they can use it for a bad headache or after a night of sleeping in the wrong position. definitely worth the money! getting rid of pain is priceless.

As someone with very frequent tension headaches that often turn into migraines, this has been so helpful! It is especially convenient when traveling given its small size. It hits the trigger points of my traps, rhomboids, and posterior neck very well! I also position it on my mid- and lower back to hit those trigger points. Highly recommend for travel, alongside the larger red lobster !!

Appears to be solid construction and a clever design, but it was too big to be used on my thin neck. I wish they had a smaller size!

Truly life changing!! My husband has horrible TMJ pain and trapezius muscle tension, he has been using this nearly daily and it has greatly improved his range of motion and has decreased the amount of pain he feels daily. It is super versatile and can be used in so many ways, it also very accurately mimics the sensation of deep pressure massage…..love this company and would absolutely buy another myofacial release device from them. This little massager has the bonus of being small enough to take on trips so he can use it after long periods of sitting/traveling. Couldn’t recommend this product more! This works so nice on the back or the neck. I have had issues with the base of my neck for so long, I really love this product. Has many uses, really durable quality material. So yourself a favor and buy this product. Other products are similar but a junky in quality and design. This will be here for the long haul and makes a great addition to my library of self care accessories.

I LOVE my red silicone lobster thing from Little Mum, but this guy wasn't as great. He seems poorly designed. His head is too big and gets in the way. If I tried to use it on the pressure points on the back of my neck, I couldn't lean back far enough for his little arms to reach those pressure points. So I asked my boyfriend to cut off his head to get it out of the way. Much better. Still not the miracle device the lobster is, though.

So I own another item by Little Mum, and although I found their items a little bit expensive because I’m on disability and low income, they’re worth the investment. I like the first item that I bought that looks like a misshaped pretzel and so I also decided to buy this item because I needed something that was smaller and easier to quickly quickly toss in a bag for travel. I just recently returned from taking care of a friend of mine in hospital and sleeping next to his bedside and hospital chairs for a week is not recommended when you have chronic pain. But this little doll was in my bag and it turned out to be a real lifesaver because well, of course it didn’t completely kill my pain. It was small and manageable enough for me to work out knots and sore and hard muscles and all of that sort of thing a little bit here and a little bit there. It is heavier than I thought it would be, which would be the only thing about it I don’t like. Also bonus points for being able to just wipe it down with a disinfectant and rinse off after being in hospital environment. I plan to order several more of this company items and while expensive as I said, I do recommend and feel the quality is there. I’m considering ordering a second one of these so that I have one for each side of my body when I want to work on it at the same time. When I can find it a little bit cheaper in the Amazon return section I will do that.

Quality item. I buy everything I can to help lessen pain in hip flexors, stiff neck, tight IT bands, and general discomfort due to stress and side sleeping. I have this orange guy and the lobster. They are intense and definitely hit the spots. I have to find the right position but when I do it brings relief.
