Absolutely pleased with the quality, I was concerned about the plastic attachments but far more sturdy than I had assumed. Absolutely nothing to do with the product but I’m using about 4 gas canisters per sponge, no idea how much replacement gas will be in the future but whilst a wonderful product you must take into account the cost of the gas

I received the order on Monday as expected when I ordered on Wednesday, so that was a good start.I’d previously owned a stainless steel model of another brand which had lasted years but unfortunately the pin that punctures the cylinders was beginning to wear and get blunt. I replaced it with another slightly cheaper but similar model to this from another seller on Amazon, it had a metal cartridge holder so I assumed would be as good as my last one. The quality wasn’t great though, and after only four uses to make drinks at a party, it broke after getting cross threaded and completely stuck.Luckily Amazon accepted the return and refunded me, so I decided to pay the few extra pounds and get this one.Certainly impressed with the quality, feels substantial and well made but good to see a plastic holder and nozzles, so less likely to get damaged by cross threading.I’ve used it a few times as a test and seems to work well, I made some whipped cream which I normally do as my girlfriend loves to bake. I also use it to make cocktails as it speeds up the process of infusing stuff like orange or vanilla into vodka.So far, so good. Hopefully here's to many happy years of cream and stuff!

I primarily bought this for cocktails but due to it being delivered late I've not yet had chance to use it for that, however I have given it a go at whipping cream. The instructions are in French & the links on the website are broken so I was unable to download them from there. I did email customer services but 2 weeks later I've heard nothing. So, I decided to just try & figure it out myself - wasted a couple of gas canisters in the process & had some very runny cream but once I got there it worked fine & is certainly going to be a lot quicker for whipping cream than using an electric mixer.It feels solid & well made, based on prices for similar products I think this one is good value. Once you've figured out how to use it, it's really easy, the only reason I've knocked one star off is because of the instructions not being in English & there not being a way to obtain them. Other than that it was a good buy.

All good however if you loose the extra it’s a issue just wish they sold extras for this item

Very easy to use and easy to clean. Not easy to dry the main chamber but it soon air dries if not being used straight away. Results are excellent using whipping cream, not at all like the stuff you buy in aerosol cans.

It broke. The dispenser point stuck and then the whole mechanism came apart and can’t be fixed. Rubbish. Don’t buy.

Not much I can say really it arrived on time as promised. It was well Packaged as I have reported already. But I can not give a report as It arrived with a bulb to charge it. I have some on order but need to wait until they arrive. Also When I unpacked the item to study the instruction sheet it was in a foreign language no trace of English anywhere. The pictures were not clear enough to for some of the operations cleaning in particular. Certain parts have to be removed but how often or left or right hand thread etc. I have emailed the company's website from the carton but so far no reply. Until I get a supply of bulbs and access to a Maintenance sheet I cannot give a fair appraisal.

Does what you want it to do, will dispense only N2O if no cream is added, will be a plus for some I imagine. Very good quality seems to be doing the trick so far.

Solid unit that had yet to fail me. Accommodates larger 9g cartridges as well as standard 8 gram ones. Of note, can sometimes leak a bit when filling with 2 carts at once.Makes good whipped cream.
