Q: My fabric is 62cms x 45 cms and the picture is 48cms x 37cms. first time frame user. is this frame suitable?

The roller width is 45 cms therefore would not accommodate your piece of work based on the assumption that it is 62 cms wide. I think you should look toward purchasing a stand frame which will accommodate larger pieces of work.

Q: Which measurement is which? I need the rollers to be at least 16 inches in length

The first number is the roller bar length and the second measurement is the side bar length. So 18" is the length of the top and bottom roller bars and 12" is the length of the side bars.

My wife uses it on her lap fineshe does have the small stand that you sit on which she uses so she can watch tv at same time

I have the bamboo 5 pack of rings and the 5 pack of plastic rings and am working on the largest ring now they are Brill the largest ring is 29cm and they go to quite small size
