Feel Fine Food Pumpkin Seed Oil, Pure and Unrefined, Styrian Type Seeds 250 ml

This oil seems really good quality despite not having the many certifications other pumpkin seed oils have, such as organic etc. I’ve purchased several “organic” & “cold pressed” certified pumpkin oils off amazon and they are not good quality, for starters, they are that translucent olive oil colour and taste nothing like the traditional eastern European pumpkin seed oil does.This oil ,however, DOES have that traditional taste and is indeed that dark green colour I would expect. I would think the purported health benefits are largely due to whatever caretenoids/chemicals from the original seeds cause this colour. In addition, the bottle glass is dark green which I’m told is indeed important in protecting such oils, especially given that pumpkin seed oil is one of the most perishishable oils with its high concentration of polyunsaturated fats, as opposed to monounsaturated fats.All in all, super fast delivery, great taste, great colour, great bottle, and great value (around £10), in spite of not carrying the many certification seals other pumpkin seed oils carry.

Heard about this oil from Austrian friends and they usually have it sent from Austria. I tried this as it was cheaper and the postage was cheaper than the Austrian supplier. Had my doubts but when it arrived my Austrians friends tried it and said it was just as good as theirs. I use this oil on everything much to the dismay of the Austrians as it should only be with certain foods. Me, I love it! Best oil ever. Will definitely be buying more from this seller. I have one bottle at work and the other bottle at home - happy days!!!! Update, this is now my 3rd purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the nicest tasting pumpkin oil I’ve ever tasted. I put a teaspoonful on my porridge each morning in lieu of any sweetener and it tastes delicious.Follow upI bought a further two bottles and had problems getting the screw cap off each of them. In each case the cap rotated but would not free from the seal. I used a sharp knife to separate the cap which was not ideal. The media could not be loaded.  I was introduced by one of my friends while I was in Croatia and I decided to try it! Croatian Pumpkin Seed Oil has a nice nutty flavor which makes tasty on my dishes. It's also full of health benefits (full of Zinc, Vitamin E, D, and it helps to reduce cholesterol). It is also GMO and gluten-free! Really love it and I would recommend it if you like tasty oils with health benefits!

Being Croatian I'm bit bias but this oil is amazing...I used to use Pumpkin oil a lot while living back home and missed it tremendously since living in UK but now this has changed. Just love this oil. Reminds me of home... It's not cheap but Pumpkin oil is never the cheapest one.

I came across the health benefits of pumpkin oil when researching things which can help an irritable bladder. I've been taking it for a couple of months now, and it seems to have helped. The taste is pleasant, but be careful as it does stain fabric if you spill it!

Made the mistake of buying another brand, big mistake, it tasted and looks more like olive oil, won’t be making that mistake again,Feel fine foods oil for me in future, don’t suppose you should do a bigger size? I have a prostrate problem which seems to be a lot better since taking a daily dose of oil.

The pumpkin oil tastes good. I have ordered it twice and on both occasions I was not able to just unscrew the cap from the bottle and had to fiddle with it using a knife. Raised the issue with the seller on the first occasion and they promised this would be addressed but no fix a couple of months after the first purchase hence the 3-star rating.
