Good condition of dvd. Great movie too

Admitting I'm a bit late in getting to know these films they are brilliant and even though will Smith I think is supposed to be the star , he isn't Margot Robbie is H Quinn is the star of all 4 4 films she is hilariouslyCrazy lunatic and the funniest bad girl of all time ,it's because of her. I watched and purchased allOne bad error in this film and it's when batman saves ms Quinn from the river ,you cannot takea pulse with a glove on which batman trys on Ms Quinn ,

The dvd:Joke's on you, dvd loyalists. This dvd only contains the cinema version of the movie, not the extended cut. Aww, why so serious? Just give in and buy a blu ray player. You know they want you to.What you do get is:One solitary extra. A gag reel. Which is reasonably amusing and we really need to know what Jared Leto's mother thought of it, but this must have been a discplined set because it runs for a mere two minutes [approx].Language and subtitle options as follows:Languages: English, Castilian Spanish.Subtitles: English, Castilian Spanish, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish.The usual bit of paper with code for downloading a copy of the film [Don't get your hopes up. Cinema version] to a digital device.But the disc does go straight to the main menu when loaded with no ads or trailers to get through. Which is nice.The movie:Based on the dc comics title 'Suicide Squad', this is the Dirty Dozen with Supervillains [although that is an actual military concept that long predates said war movie]. In a world with Superman still in the state he was in at the end of Batman V Superman, governments fear the possibility of a superpowered being who isn't so benevolent.Ruthless Government operative Amanda Waller [Viola Davis] has a plan. To put together a team of Supervillains to deal with superpowered threats. When a supernatural entity takes control of Midway City, it's a chance for the team members to get time off their sentences. If they survive the mission, of course...Suicide Squad tries hard to be quirky and have an attitude. When it introduces characters, it's gloriously good at doing this. Using music superbly well and clever on screen graphics. Will Smith is Deadshot. The world's best assassin. With only one thing he cares about. Deadshot's name is Floyd Lawton. Although it might as well be Will Smith because this is a Will Smith performance. But even though he's not quite as nihilistic as the comic book version of the character, it's not a bad one and does command the attention.Margot Robbie is Harley Quinn. One time therapist who fell for the Joker and went a little crazy in the process. This is the stand out performance of the film, as good a marriage of actor and character as Robert Downey Jr and Iron Man over in another franchise. Another performance here that really commands the attention.Joel Kinnaman plays team leader, best of the best Navy Seal Rick Flag. What could be a wooden character works because he is given human feelings he has to contend with, so he is also pretty good.Jared Leto brings us a new take on the Joker. A gangsta killer clown. In love. This really does have interesting moments, but since he flits in and out of the film you never really get the focus on him you need to get to grips with it.When this gets through the delightfully quirky start, and gets into the point all franchise starters have of once they have introduced characters and set things up give them a story, it gets more conventional. And at this point the two styles don't mesh quite so well. Other characters don't grab as much as the ones just mentioned. Jai Courtney gets more meat on a role than he's ever had before as Sleazebag extreme Captain Boomerang. And Jay Hernandez does give a quiet moral authority to Latino gang man with a lot on his conscience El Diablo. But they and others are a bit too much in the background, even though they have their moments when they can.Many films that get cut for time from initial edits, and the character stuff always is the first casualty of that. There is a sense that there are things missing here.The villain of the piece is also perhaps not as defined as they could be not are certain things about them crystal clear.And yet...In attempting to give us a team of anti heroes to root for, and an action story to go with it, this isn't bad. It is very watchable. There is probably a stronger movie in here struggling to get out, but if loving what we got is so wrong, then I don't wanna be right.Ultimately quite an entertaining bit of escapism, and worth four stars.Do keep watching during the end credits for one extra scene.Some may wish to be advised that there are scenes with subtitles, which you can't turn off. And flashing images also.

The characters are so vivid, really good story, thoroughly enjoyed this movie ...

Don't get the bad reviews for this film at all. I know a lot of Heath Ledger fanboys were going to always cristise Jared Leto as Joker. As a life long fan of the Jokers character, wether comic or on screen, I gotta say, Jared Leto nailed the role! My fiancé was actually scared of him. The joker is supposed to be scary! Not just a goofball! A complete psychopath. Which is how Jared played him. And to perfection. I never understood the Heath Ledger thing. He really disappointed me as joker. Jared was better. Much more true to Jokers level of absolute craziness. Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn stole the show! She was amazing. Will Smith, who I am not a fan of, was really good as Deadshot. Do yourselves a favour and do not listen to the reviews from those tools at Rotten Tomatoes or the Arkham Asylum game fanboys and girls who moan about every little detail, love those games and Mark Hamil as joker but this is a movie. Not a video game, deal with it. Go watch the movie! It's a riot, in the best way. But don't take your children! It's not a kids movie! It's a movie about bad guys! Simple as that. You won't find any stable role models for your children here.

I wasn’t happy that the cardboard sleeve on one corner was torn. It did arrive on time.

A radical departure from the usual Superhero treatment, so much so it doesn't adopt a trademark logo in the title.So how is Gotham going to dig Joker out of his fortress district? It's a cross between every super hero and supervillain with a dash of 'Escape from New York' thrown in. Lots of new faces and characters: The villains are mostly trying to be good guys-and-girls and provide lots of opportunity for original dialogue.Rollicking pacing and excellent production values. It is carried off with skill and daring, and you do not get a feeling they missed any opportunities to entertain.RECOMMENDED
