Hi. My son is 10 yrs, 148 cm height ( 4 ft 11 inch ) and the " large " is a bit too large.I reckon it'll fit for the next halloween, too.For a 6 years old I think I'll go with an " M ".Better to be a bit large, though.Hope this helps.
