I have been taking this consistently but not as recommended. I take 4 a day rather than the 8 recommended as I take other supplements and it would be too much. Too early to say it is fantastic but time will tell if it helps in my overall goals to increase metabolism and lose a bit of weight

Good for oxygenating your blood.
Excellent for oxygenating your blood. It's helping me with my new healthy eating regime where I'm trying to keep my system alkaline. You have to take six a day, two at a time which isn't too bad really.
