This is a difficult product to rate as I am generally a very driven person who gets things done when they need to get done.However I do feel that I have been a bit more 'on the ball' when looking back at what has been achieved in the last month since I started taking this supplement - twice a day for the last 30 days.The main area of my life i was hoping to stimulate and improve was my short-term memory which is terrible (probably due to numerous head injuries in my youth) and I haven't noticed any difference in that unfortunately.If I could say I have felt anything while conducting this test it would be that I feel a little more alert without having the rise and fall associated with coffee hits and haven't noticed my energy levels drop in mid afternoon as much as they normally do.I work online from home and split my time between answering emails and packaging orders up from around 6am to well into the evening so I normally would get a mid afternoon crash which this supplement seems to alleviate, allowing me to work solidly and get all the tasks achieved efficiently without resorting to regular coffee hits throughout the day which can only be a good thing.Sleeping has not been affected while taking the supplement so it is something I would recommend, especially to people who lack motivation as I imagine it would help them much more than it helped me.

I have a good friend in the US, whilst she was studying for her doctorate she kept talking about urging me to try nootropics in our PM's. If I'm honest I just for a while I gave her the digital text nod. But it did eventually peak my interest, i researched a lot (I'm sure if you are reading this you'll know the surprising intrigue I found in the studies). But I was just too lazy to take it further, really I thought I'd have to look in some obscure little shop with lots of fancy fruit smelling soaps.Then I found this on my favourite online store, which is why I'm leaving this review.I've been taking these for a while, as much as I'd read up, at my core I really still didn't know what to expect. I certainly from my unfortunate wide experience with medications expected side affects. Maybe like caffeine, the up and then the horrible down.But no.. Instead I found no negative side effects and a gradual increase in my mental motivation, NOT physical. But as this is a nootropic and as I've learned, it's so subtle. I don't mean it's efficicacy is subtle, I mean what I consciously noticed was subtle. I was planning everything I had to do and actually more, i was doing more than daily life expected of me with ease. I've realised that physical focus means nothing without mental focus, physical focus is the natural follow-up to mental focus.I started reading all of those kindle books I'd bought with the "I'll read this and improve my life" thought process and just ended up procrastinating...I've also got back what I haven't had in a long time, my creativity. I used to be the most creative entrepreneurial type and I just lost it, life caught up. Tied in with that, my mind is conceptualising again!! I know this may sound trivial but this is a huge thing for me. Yet I don't feel that drugged up feeling, so at first I wasn't making the link between the PowerFocus nootropic and gaining my minds proactivity again at first.I really couldn't be happier. These aren't going to harm you, I can't recommend trying at least.I'd be interested in how this has improved things for everyone else?

These where a complete waste of time, I felt I needed something to keep my concentration up during a very busy time at work.I tried them for a week. The first thing I noticed was an unpleasant petrochemical smell coming from the capsules but took them anyway in the hope to get a boost, if anything I was even more sluggish. I persevered for the week but certainly did not feel any improvement whatsoever.I don't know if others had the placebo effect but I found a cup of real coffee was more beneficial.

I’m on day 4 now and have noticed zero improvement in cognitive energy if anything I feel just as foggy as before . Thumb down for me

For the price you get quite a lot of vitamins, minerals and herbs and some of them will give you a memory boost over time (6-8 weeks for bacopa based on research studies) and help with stress, but don't expect to notice a dramatic increase.This did not make much difference to myself on working memory, reasoning or verbal tests while taking them but everybody will get different reactions e.g. caffeine doesn't do much for me anyway.The caffeine would make the most difference to your alertness, but this contains a low dose (should really state total caffeine at the bottom) but for people who have coffee each day I doubt it will make much impact.The L-theanine dose should ideally be 100-200g and the total caffeine 100 mg to help with focus.The only thing in this you may develop a tolerance too is the caffeine but it is a low dose so that's not a huge concern.They state what type of extract or supplement for some of the ingredients but do not state it for zinc, gingko, ashwagandha, bacopa.I would like to see ideally extracted versions such as: ksm-66 / sensoril for ashwagandha, bacognize / synapsa for bacopa, ecb-761 for gingko biloba.If these was included/changed, it would be worth buying even if the price increased.They have included the active form of b12 ethylcobalamin, which is a "methylated" version but the dosage they have quoted seems a bit off. It states that it is 0.4g (400 mcg or ug) and is 16% the NRV but the NRV is 2.5 mcg or ug. I would like to see this clarified.Having said all these, if you wanted to take bacopa (takes about 6-8 weeks to boost memory), ginseng, gingko and ashwagandha to help with stress or memory, this is good value for money in one pill. Hope the supplier updates or changes them for the better when they can.

Je n'ai pas le produit depuis suffisamment longtemps pour avoir un avis sur le long terme mais d'un point de vue énergie c'est plutôt efficace, après niveau mémoire et concentration, j'ai pas vraiment encore vu de différence, et vu qu'une boite ne dure (que) 2 semaines (2 capsules / jour), je ne l'a verrais surement pas

Die Zusammensetzung hat mich angesprochen. Als die Lieferung kam, musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass lediglich eine Dose geliefert wurde und nicht wie am Bild dargestellt drei. Aus dem Text konnte ich das nicht entnehmen. Da ist der Preis aus meiner Sicht massiv überhöht. Habe in der Vergangenheit ähnliche Produkte mit guter Wirkung wesentlich günstiger gekauft und werde das in Zukunft wieder tun. Les gélules n'ont pas une mauvaise odeur, mais pas spécialement de goût non plus.Fonctionne bien, semble avoir un effet de "punch", mais j'ai un peu peur de l'effet placebo. A voir sur le long terme.Concernant la discussion sur le contenu, effectivement, ça ne correspond pas exactement à la description sur le site. Das Produkt macht konzentrierter und lässt einen besser den Arbeitstag überstehen. All zu teuer ist es auch nicht. Wenn es weiterhin wirkt wie es sollte werde ich es wieder kaufen.

J'ai mis 1 étoile "par protestion" car je sui completement perplexe C'est la premiere fois sur Amazon : Non seulement les valeurs sur l'étiquette sont tres differentes de celles sur la photo sur le site , mais celles sur l'etiquette sont incomprehensibles !!! Il y a en effet 2 colonnes ( pour 2 capsules ) l'une en mg , l'autre en "active" ( et meme une 3ème colonne en % pour quelques composants ) . Pour la plupart des composants actifs les valeurs en mg sont TRES NETTEMENT INFERIEURES à celles sous la colonne activeEX Bacopa 3 mg et 300 active Gingko Biloba 4 mg et 200 active Ginseng 4 mg et 160 active etc...
