One of the better weight loss products available
As a previous vi customer I like this anyway, having tried several different products they usually leave me feeling hungry and I end up snacking which defeats the objectWith this I use it with 200ml it among milk and a shaker bottle, shake it up and in five to ten seconds drinkIt’s eady for people on the go, the natural flavour is also really good and tastes like cake mix but they include other flavours if you want themThe results previously were good, just got to adapt overall eating habits eventually to keep the weight off

Too sweet
Really disappointed with product. Again, this brand is far too sweet for me. It really isn't necessary to put that much sugar in it.

Not that great
I find healthy eating works better for me than replacing with these shakes. I'm hungry after an hr or so of having this. I do go to the gym and am only prob half a stone heavier than I should be so maybe it wouldn't work for me as it does others. Not for me though
