I have suffered with migraines for a number of years and tried multiple products. This is a great eye mask because init contain two removal eye gel patches which you can pop in the fridge (I pop them in a tea towel first). As you can remove these you can wash the eye mask to keep it fresh. The fastening is velcro which means you don't have to discard after a few wears like you do with some of the elasticated masks. I use every night and no longer was with a migraine. If I have a migraine or bad headache I pop this on and get instant cool relief over the eye area which aids in a better nights sleep or just as a means to block out light if wearing during the day during a migraine attack.

Its good, but i returned it because i expected it to have eye cooling effect. Otherwise, it's good.

I already had one of these. This is the best things I have found for helping with my migraines. I keep mine in the freezer as my eyes get hot. And I find it very very soothing on my eyes. I especially like that it blocks out all light. I even got my mum one of these for her migraines. She says it the best thing she has found ever for her migraines. Having this means I take much less painkillers. It is a great thing for tired eyes. I would highly recommend this

Had almost a year nice fit nice feel on eyes but today the gel pocket burst, did not heat or cool ever

Bit loose, but can’t do anything about it, as not ‘big-head’. Suggest has sizes to choose or colour such as beige or blue aside from black.

I personally didn't get on with this at all. The bias binding is too stiff and is very uncomfortable over my nose. I couldn't sleep with this on. The magnets weren't evenly spaced/symmetrical which I would have expected them to be. Considering the cost and the fact it has lots of features (gel pads for heat and cold, magnets) I was expecting it to be comfortable and help improve my sleep. I've tried wearing it several times. The first time it kept me up all night, I was despite for it to work so I kept it on but like I say I got no sleep. I've tried it serval times since and I don't keep it on more than 10 mins! I've even soaked it in fabric softener and hand washed it in the hope it would become softer but it's still rough over my nose so I can't wear it.

Great item. I suffer from regular migraines and this really helps. The gel pads having a nice cooling affect on the eyes and there's just enough pressure from having it on which also helps the migraine. Makes it completely dark which is great for me as I end up sensitive to light. Would recommend this.

The mask is very comfortable and the cold gel inserts are amazing, the only downside is that it keeps coming undone during the night, it needs a longer strip of Velcro fastening on it to make it more secure, other than that it is perfect.
