Nice little pills that are easy to swallow and give me what I need.

Taking during pregnancy
I’ve been taking 1 of these tablets (along with a vitamin d3 tablet) after my lunch each day. Small and easy to swallow and meets the recommended 400 micrograms guidelines for use during pregnancy.
