like this shampoo, but feel i have to use a lot of it to get a good wash

Bought the conditioner, not as it is supposed to be , so I guess e shampoo will be the same , excelent product if purchased from a authorised retailer

this shampoo is really heavy and makes my fine hair very heavy. i normally wash my hair every 3 days but this shampoo made my hair super oily already on the second day. I was surprised by this as my hair is fine with many highlights and notmally absorbs quite heavy treatments quite well. not a fan of this shampoo.

I see there is similar feedback to mine in that this product seems to be sub-standard. I have been using this conditioner for years but this seller seems to be watering the product down or it has been left in the shelf too long. Either way you can’t use it as it is so watery it doesn’t stay in your hand long enough to be able to put on your hair.

Everything came it packaging and it smells amazing!

Only I know I have thin, dry hair w/split ends. The shampoo disguises the truth of my hair. It’s one of three of their shampoos I rotate through weekly that I consistently am asked what I’m using that has my hair so healthy, silky and full.
