This is a wonderful vac. It is very manoeverable, lightweight, and I like it's features. The light at the front is useful, and the freedom to use it cordlessly for around 50 minutes is great. The filters are easy to clean, and the carpet/hard floor switch is also useful. I recommend it.

Nice little unit, basically an electric carpet sweeper, not great suction but ok as a daily tidy, for an elderly relative.

I bought this Hoover a few weeks ago. I love it - it is light and manoeuvrable with good suction and picks everything up [unlike my present Vax vacuum cleaner which is heavy, and needs plugging into different points, trip over flex , and doesn't pick bits up at all, etc] I have a 1-bed flat, with 3 areas carpeted and it takes a little over 10 mins to hoover those and run the machine over the uncarpeted kitchen and bathroom. It has a 35 min charge, so it can be used 3 times before it needs charging again, and I have left it a week in between uses and the charge holds. The handheld works just fine as well. Easy to assemble, good manual. Even though there are a few down sides to it, I still find it is a good little machine and would recommend it. I am considering losing my Vax and having this as my only cleaner.Cons - the dust cup is full after cleaning my flat, which has reasonable sized rooms; when you pull the release trigger to empty it, some bits do fall out but it is necessary to pull all the rest out by hand (only takes a minute ), and because the handle is not fixed it wobbles, but you soon get used to it. I also find I have to use the booster button all the time, even on uncarpeted areas - it doesn't seem to pick up so well without it. And of course, the charging time, which is 16 hours and the manual says you must let the charge run down before recharging. This is a definite con for me but I am learning to work around it.

This vacuum scraps very roughly across a smooth wood floor, nearly damaging mine. After examining it to make sure I installed it correctly, the same thing is happening - it simply does not roll smoothly! On top of this, on the "backward" motion of moving a vacuum forwards and backwards, it sucks nothing up. It only sucks on the "forward" motion. It also locks itself in the 90 degree angle position whenever you pick it up and move it (which is often since you can't move it backwards to clean!) I am hugely astonished and dismayed this utter lack of quality from a supposedly trusted brand.

I really wanted a cordless hoover so easier to carry upstairs from room to room,read the reviews few mixed ones and wish I hadn't got it now ,I thought I would give it a few weeks but basically it's rubbish ,it scraps on my kitchen floors doesn't seem to pick up that well ,it's ok on carpets but not on hard floor even with the turbo on ,it's lightweight to carry around and easy to empty but I wouldn't waste your money, I can't be bothered to send back andbim going to get a better cordless hoover but I can afford it

So far I have been very impressed with this product - it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I still use my corded vacuum for thoroughly vacuuming a room but for keeping the rest of my flat up together this is just the job. It's easy to use, picks up pet hair and is lightweight. I don't have anything negative to say about it and hopefully this will continue! I would definitely recommend it.

sucking power lasts for about 3 months, then you can place your hand after the brush and you will not feel any air,basically works more as a handheld hoover. It is useless on carpet .. need to buy a serious one as with this I can only collect the dust and suck it with the removable part. I could have bought a handheld for 1/3 of the price, waist of money :(
