Electric toothbrush
Very good for the money. I enjoy using the item on my teeth. I got sensitive teeth. And this helps me to brush them with no problem

excellent product but an issue with charger compatibility (UK-EU)
The product is excellent and has been working well, consistent with my previous experiences with Aquasonic products.However, I encountered a problem with the charger of the package—it is designed for the UK, whereas my delivery address is in Austria (EU). As a result, I had to look for a UK-to-EU power converter in order to use the device.At the moment, using the home dental centre requires connecting a combination of the charger + the converter each time, which is inconvenient.If you happen to have the same device with an EU charger, I would appreciate the opportunity to exchange it. If not, I will continue using the current setup as is. Thank you very much for asking my feedback.

Electric Toothbrush Review
Brush is great but the water flossed is useless for bathroom use. Only operates when plugged in and has a 3 pin plug. Bathrooms, if they have an electrical point are all 2 pin.

Poor quality construction the valve on the water tank leaks everyone it’s filled and so far 2 brush heads have fallen apart

Really pointless for most british bathrooms
While I have no problem with the toothbrush the jet flossing is problematic.Why.Well I did look carefully and see if it was cordless, which it is, and the charging station is really functional it was the water jet that had me fooled, in the UK most bathrooms do not have power, it is a danger, so my compact little power jet flossing system is in the kitchen, a good distance from the sink, I can't water jet because I need mains power, something that was not made crystal clear in any adverts.So from my point of view, it's no jet because it socks..

Poorly quality product

Unsuitable for use in England
Cheap with 3 pin plug and no bathroom adaptor. Waste of money - quality b poor. Seemed like a good idea to save space but oh dear. If it looks like a good deal it probably isn’t!!

Disappointed
It sounded like it was rechargeable, but that was just the toothbrush, which most toothbrushes are. It's got a three pin plug, I don't think there's many bathrooms in this country have that type of socket.
