Q: Can I use this to glaze polymer clay after baked?

No, I bought this specifically for polymer clay and it leaves it sticky and tacky after allowing to dry for a couple hours.

Q: Will this be ok to seal a painted tile?

This is fo plastic models, but you can try it, maybe with extra coats might work. Don't think it would work for a tile, where you will have high a high traffic over it.

Q: Can this be applied using a brush or does it have be an airbrush?

you can use a brush, no problem. the difference is, with an airbrush you will get more smooth and professional results.
