I have been suffering from plantar fascia for almost a year now. Tried so many different thing to help relieve the pain, from iced physio, stetches, gel foot sleeves and nothing helped even a tiny bit. I came across this product and thought why not give it a try so I went ahead and ordered not holding out much hope if am honest! The product came on the day as expected. Well packaged too. Nice wee net bag to keep them all together is perfect to make sure none is misplaced or lost. The first use of the big red flex ball was ticklish to say the least but the more I used it the less I felt that sensation and became easier to use properly (I do have very tickly feet). I even took the ball to work with me as I work in a very active job that can have me in my feet from 4 hours a shift anything up to 13 hours. Very demanding job that takes its toll on my poor foot and can have me in crippling pain as soon as I sit for my break to the point I can't put any weight on my foot at all! This is where the flex ball is a God send. Now when I say it's the best purchas ever, I really mean it. I no longer wake in the night not being able to put weight on my foot or after a long hard day at work I use the ball to give my foot a good old stretch and much needed pain relief. I have found that I am not taking as much pain killer's anymore as I don't require them cos of this brilliant product. Yes it's not a miracle worker but it's the closest I have found and the only thing I have came across that does what it says on the box so to speak. Even get a nice wee welcome email with instructions on how to use the product from the product sellers. I definitely recommend to everyone if nothing else has ever helped.

In short: Love it! I had extensive leg surgery a few years ago and things have been getting progressively worse. To the point where I suddenly realised that I'm no longer walking in a normal way, but only using my foot as a crutch and not flexing the foot or leg at all. I've ended up with one very stiff foot, literally making crunching sounds when I try to flex it. Not to mention the other foot which has to take all the strain. So I looked for help and found this. And glad I did! Flamin heck does it feel good?! I've tried the different balls in several different ways - each working in their own way. Most recently I've also added a foot balm cream to aid circulation and use one of the spiky balls to roll it in. Honestly, it feels fabulous! Happy flexible feet. Recommend. Edit to add: the bag is a great idea too and very handy to cart around on my travels or between work & home. I've now also tried it in a tub with some warm water and a few drops of peppermint essential oil. I used the grey ball in the warm water to roll my feet across for about 15 minutes. The ball gained a bit of flexibility in the warm water and made it easier (but no less effective) for me to squeeze my heel and sole into. It hardened back to the original stiffness once cooled down again. As an aside: the warm water massage is also fabulous for exfoliating. I was a bit shocked when I tipped the water out to see how much dead skin was removed.

Fast delivery and started using the product straight away and the handy booklet was a great way to start. Used mainly on my feet to relieve bunion and foot pain and gave me great relief. I will use the product daily with the aim of toe realignment alongside yoga/ toe exercises so will review again in a months time. Very happy so far.

These are the best foot massage balls I have ever used and I do have a few. I just re-ordered 2 more sets for my parents! You can place them in the refrigerator as well if you want to enjoy a cooling massage. The smaller ball is perfect for tight spots that are difficult to reach and not only on your feet but everywhere on your body,whilst the bigger ones provide different sensations when used. My wife likes rubbing them on her tummy or legs because the spikes are good for cellulite massage, not that she has cellulite legs or tummy. But it's really useful! Really great products and I guarantee that they will become part of your daily routine once you own them! I am using them every morning and night, and after a long run as well. The materials are plastic but very hard, you can step on them and they won't bend or get distorted. I would keep them away from dogs they as they could see a potential challenge in trying to destroy them.

Yes, 10 euro for 3 balls in a bag, but the best dang balls ever!! After months of foot pain, and my clueless Dr shrugging his shoulders, my chiropractor gave me the most painful foot massage ever. My foot felt so much better. He reckoned it was plantar fasciitis and said to use a tennis ball to massage it with. Went online to buy one and found these little gems. The small smooth one is good for rubbing my back with, and my gym trainier just showed me a few excersices where you lay on a small hard ball on your pressure points. This will be the perfect size for it. The middle spiky one is what i use on my feet. Every couple of days I use it and I've no walking or pain problems. YAY!! The large spiky one, I haven't found a use for it yet but I'm eyeing it up to use on my thighs after squats at the gym. Totally recamend!

My feet were really ached in the mornings and evenings so I have been using these at work several times per day. These really have made a difference! I noticed a big difference after a day or so and now I am so much better. There were times recently when i found it quite painful to walk from the car to work, and then during the day after sitting for a while, but now that has all gone. I am still careful to walk in trainers if I do a lot of walking, but after using the balls again the recovery is really quick. i would highly recommend these to anyone who not only has Plantar Fasciitis, but also for anyone who needs to revive their feet after a long walk or run.

I originally purchased these to try out for my feet & quickly discovered they're great all over the body. They've provided me with much more relief than obscenely expensive orthotics & other massage rollers & electric products I've purchased. I deal with chronic pain on a daily basis, and some days are brutal. I spent 3 years in a wheelchair being told I'd probably not walk again after a medication error in the hospital. I DID start walking after 2+ years, slowly, but with a great deal of pain & effort due to atrophied muscles. I still have a loss of sensation in my leg, which these are also helping. I am also very active & push myself through long days of hiking, gardening, bushwhacking etc. By the end of the day, I'm hurting, every day. I'm not the kind of person who is happy sitting & watching TV all day, especially after pushing myself through hell to regain my ability to walk. I want to do as much as I can squeeze into a day, which my wheelchair made very difficult. I've been using these balls on my feet, my damaged leg, all of my leg muscles, on my back, my shoulders, my arms, everywhere that my original injury has led to additional pain due to limping & damaged nerves. They're easy to use in bed, sitting in a chair, standing up, even in a warm bath or while I'm driving. They get into spots where I've still got nerve damage & pain very easily - far more easily than any other product I use. And they provide more relief than my TENS machine at a fraction of the cost. The other bonuses: these require no batteries, no electrical outlet, pack up really easily in their little bag for travel, they come with some nice reflexology point illustrations and don't look like a potential sex toy when going through customs in foreign countries, which can be a major problem with electrical pain relieving devices in some countries. I'll be taking these on my next road trip because long drives really do me in. With these little balls, I can pull over on the side of the road for a break & massage out areas that are super painful. I can also take them in my bush bag to relieve pain outdoors. Very glad I took a chance on these. I look forward to trying some of this company's other products in the near future that will hopefully improve my range of motion with my legs & arms, which came as a result of being in a wheelchair. I think I may buy a few more sets of these balls to keep in my car / travel bag etc so I never forget them. Awesome little things 😊

Please note that I purchased the FlexFixx set as a regular customer not as a promotion. Such an excellent product!! I have found great relief from using them! I had been having pain in the arch of my foot and could feel the tightness of the muscles/tendons. I use this set to release the tension in that area and follow by icing my foot and within a few days my foot has no pain and I am back to running again! The customer service from this company is outstanding. I received an email with explanation of how to use each of the balls in the set and a follow up email. My Physical Therapist doesn't accept my health insurance so I saved a lot of money by doing my own therapy and am happily back to my exercise routine. Thank you so much FlexFixx! I have been using my FlexFixx balls for a few days now. It feels good when I use them. Right now I use the big red ball and the small black ball the most. The black ball is perfect on my heel....it feels so good. I did get the user guide and it is very helpful. Having plantar fascitis is no fun to have. I have been dealing with this since 2008 and for some reason it came back. I have been wearing The Good Feet inserts since 2008 but this time around I needed more help. I use a night splint when I sleep at night and the FlexFixx balls are very helpful during the day. I do my stretches several times during the day. I keep the FlexFixx bag next to my chair when I watch tv in the evening. It's so easy to grab a ball and use it. I think for those who are dealing with plantar fascitis.....the FlexFixx bags are the things to have.

These balls have definitely helped my feet problems. I may not be using them entirely correct, but it does seem a bit unnecessary to have all 3 balls. I have used them all, but I find myself using the smallest smooth one the most. Even for different parts of the body I tend to default to this one, but I certainly am glad to have the option to have all of them. Perhaps overtime I will find a specific need or want for the others, but either way, the product has definitely helped with my tired/sore feet and Plantar Fasciitis.
