It gets stuck to your fingers and the places, not practical, just dirty and messy.

how do you clean the bits of dust and crumbs off it

You can't. The gel type substance absorbs the dirt into it until it can no longer do so then you need to buy more but this under normal use is weeks later.

Can I clean some details in car, like radio buttons, windows button ect?

this gel is amazing it cleans my computer keyboard in the hard to reach areas and yes i would use it in my car also !!
