First time I tried walnut flour and it definitely wont be the last. It seems a very versatile product. I have so far used it to bake a spiced apple cake and also mixed into my morning porridge. Both tasted brilliant. I would highly recommend buying from Erbology. I have always found their products to be premium quality, well packaged and fresh. Furthermore always replies quick to any questions, they really seem to care about their customers.

I used this to make vegan, gluten-free granola bars. Really pleased with it.

I like this product well enough, but mainly in the knowledge that it is supposed to be good for me. As a product in itself it is very light, and difficult to discern any real taste once sprinkled onto something like cereal with milk. I very much doubt I will purchase again, however I expect if you are into making things such as your own biscuits or bars, this would be a great addition.

Thought I would give these a go.they taste like micro sized, plain sugar puffs. Added a few to breakfast. Not loads of protien as you'd have to eat a box full to get a decent amount. But I guess a few added here and there helps.

I have tried so many brands of almond flour and this one I have been impressed by so much! I try to healthify my cooking all the time, in addition to almond flour being obviously a better alternative, it also creates a certain thickness and improved texture especially if you are making bars and brownies! I just need an erbology coconut oil now and I literally don't need anything else baking-wise in my pantry ever again..ha

Gritty and bitter in flavour. Even when added in small amounts you will still get the occasional shell under your teeth which is very unpleasant

Arrived well packaged. Tastes pleasant - similar flavour to plain, unswetened puffed wheat. Small grains, light as a feather. Easy to add to food. Zero faff.

Very light and easy to blow away if breathe near it! Don’t think I’ll buy any more as expensive for what you get

I feel it is not pure Walnut,used it for baking but didn't like the taste,texture and color

I’m not a bread eater but, once in a while I like a wrap or pizza. I decided to experiment with walnut flour, had never tried it before. Made some awesome flat bread, 4 out of 1/2 cup of walnut flour........ taste great, good texture and low carbs.

I basically threw this one in the trash...I tasted it and did not taste like anything plus had the texture of course sand. I was very disappointed.

Love this product. It is pricey but all quality food is.
