Great quality fibre capsules with no bad additives, just the job!

These capsules were recommended by a doctor friend of mine who completely solved his constipation problem. On initially trying them I did not get the same result as my doctor friend. An improvement but not perfect. However, 4 weeks ago I started a 12 week course of Kijimea capsules (a globally unique bifidobacterium available on the internet); I take 2 capsules with breakfast. In the evening before an evening meal I also take 3 Digest-Flow Dietary Fibre capsules. Over the last 10 days the results have been spectacular resulting in regular bowel movements every 24 hours almost to the hour. After suffering constipation for 3 years, the relief is enormous. Eventually I will complete the Kijimea course but will continue indefinitely with the Digest-Flow Dietary Fibre capsules. I have a good diet with plenty of fruit, veg, fibre and protein and have never understood how I got constipation in the first place.

rancid smell I don't know if it's because the capsule shell is now made of beef gelatin, but its doesn't work for me

If I miss breakfast these tablets are great for topping up my fibre

I don’t usually do reviews but this product,I have .i am a thyroid patient and I have been living with constipation for a year and have tried so many products doesn’t help but this product,It’s exceptional I definitely recommend it and if I can give it billion stars,I would definitely.The seller also very good as he dispatched the item quickly and I received it quickly.

Received my order and unfortunately I can't use it at there is mold on the cap and can't return or be refunded. Avoid

First dietary fibre supplement I have tried and I'm not disappointed. Best not taken with naturally high fibre meals but only to supplement those meals that perhaps lack fibre. Very important to heed the instruction regarding taking a good drink of water with these. I forgot once and it was not a very comfortable result. Works well and I shall continue to take them as appropriate.
