Ok not great
Leaves soot. No remote. Lighter unit does not connect onto rack well. It was easy to install. You need to light it with a match every time unless you want to gas to continually run. No pieces were broken

Works wonderful. Worth the money.
Looks great! Got compliments from visitors. Gives the living room a new look. The only complaint is we received a broken log in the box. Reported it to the seller. Never got a replacement. The seller said, "he was waiting for the manufacturer." It has been about a month and no further action.

Logs look great - the only problem was that when ordering you can not specify location of gas source (right or left), my source was on the opposite side and had switch.

Great value!
After looking at other higher priced options, I decided to give this set a try. We live in a rural area and use propane for all our gas needs. This unit came “propane ready” and installed in just a few minutes The log set looks great and has a nice flame height. Definitely worth the price.

We absolutely Love this set up. Super easy to install and looks natural. Shipping was almost a nightmare because sender required a signature but FedEx worked with us.
