The item comes in as a pair and I think it has a good quality. The material is stretchy and will definitely do its job. When my arms get fatigued, I love the feeling of it being compressed to relieve the pain; hence my reason for buying this. For reference, my measurements are as follows: Wrist: 4 inches Elbow: 6-7 inches Bicep: 9 inches I was choosing between size S and M as the measurements were somehow in between, I choose M instead. Size S would probably be too tight on my arms while M is just right. The compression is well-balanced on my arms. Plus it has a band to prevent it from rolling down your arms. TLDR: I'm happy with the item

I thought the sleeve would have been longer. I would have preferred to.pay half the price and only receive one sleeve.

Recommended by my surgeon for extensive arm Venus Malformation. Looked small and was sceptical but these are excellent and have endured a normal wash cycle and accidental tumble drying. The little bobbly bits ensure it stays in place all day. I needed a second person to help me with this at first but I've now got the hang of it.

This garment, on me, utterly failed to remain in place, constantly rolling down. Never again

I purchased this for a small muscle tear injury. I measured my arm and chose the best size. It is elasticated, stretchy and offers good compression support for my arm which has greatly reduced the pain. It is surprisingly easy to get on and off considering it fits so snug. I paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived first thing the next morning, so a very good speedy service. I highly recommend.
