why the need of Maltodextrin ? Maltodextrin is dangers as it can spike blood pressure.

Absolutely no need for it to be in there, I purchased this once and now buy 500g-1kg pouches of organic beetroot powder for a few pounds more

Not sure of your 'how heavy is it' but 2 caps contain 1400 mg of organic beetroot which is equivalent to 924mg of dried root. Hope this answers your question.
