Creation Station CS3745 Wooden Lower Case Letters, Natural Wood

Excellent wooden letters. Decent quality, nice font and very good value. These are very versatile and can be used for lots of different phonics games, as well as for crafts. The wooden colour is nice as it is, but the surface is also suitable for painting and sticking, so the options are endless. Amongst other activities, we bought some clothes pegs in the pound shop, stuck a letter on each and used these for clipping onto laminated pictures to spell simple CVC words (or for an easier version, just the initial letter of the word). There were several of each letter, so the pack was suitable for forming most words.

I used these wooden letters to make a small sign for a craft show. I ordered 3 packs in case I didn't have enough letters, but I only needed to borrow a couple vowels from the second pack. You get lots of letters in each pack and they are cut out very nicely and have a nice, smooth surface on all sides. I was able to apply acrylic paint to them easily and glue them onto fabric and paper. They are lightweight, but thick enough that they are not flimsy. I have so many letters left over now and am trying to come up with some more cute projects to use them in! I am a big fan of Creation Station products and I am never let down by the quality of their crafting supplies and good value for money. I am very satisfied once again. Thank you very much!

What a lovely little collection of letters! Bought for my 2 year old son to help with teaching him about letters, reading and writing. They're nicely made, no rough edges and feel lovely to touch. No risk of splinters in little fingers! My only issue is they're a little thinner than I expected so some of them will probably get snapped, but having a rambunctious toddler often means things get broken. For the price they are easily replaced at least!

Good quality product, quick delivery and good price

I teach children with dyslexia so need an alphabet for them to order. They work well and have the correct 'a'. However I was disappointed with the size as I needed them bigger. The children find the 'I' and 'j' difficult to find .

Great item. Letters are well cut out and the wood is smooth which means they can be used with young children to practice phonics and word spelling. Also good to draw around for display lettering. They seem well made and of sturdy construction and there is a good selection of all letters. I was dubious when buying these as you can never really tell the quality of something bought online. These a good sized letters, just enough of a selection to get something meaningful spelt. The finish is good, only a few rough edges that can be smoothed with sandpaper or and emery board. Just bought as an extra for my son, so for the money you can't go wrong. I would maybe recommend buying a couple of packs if there is more than one person, as it may get competitive.

I brought these to create name plaques for my childrens rooms, i brought 3 packs to ensure there was enough letters i needed as i needed 3 l's and many more multiples. However when i opened a pack and started writing their names, i managed to do all 4 names with one packet and still have a full alphabet left with many spares too! I was very surprised about this as many other reviews on packets i had read said they didnt have enough of even the vowels! Definitely great value. Im going to keep the other 2 packets to do some art and craft activities as they were great value and great quality too!
