As expected
I buy pasta made in Italy because they have food quality control. The semolina in their pasta isn’t overly chemically treated the way wheat is in the states. I don’t experience the common American “gluten sensitivity” effects when I use Italian pasta. Therefore I have no problem paying extra because in my experience it’s worth it.

These taste a little starchy even when freshly prepared
I bought these numerous times in the past I don’t know if the shipment was old or not, but this shipment tastes more starchy but still better than other pastas
