I have had this for awhile now, and I use it for everything from rough cutting 2x4's, to trimming branches on the tree. Battery life is great and it gets the job done.

Did a lot of research before deciding on this Dong Cheng unit. I like everything about it. It looks good, feels good in the hand, and comes with everything you need to start. The blade installation/change couldn't be easier. I've only used it a little so far but it cuts well and I think it will be a beast for me. The storage bag was a nice touch and is heavy duty. The $20 coupon put this over the top.

I received my dong gang hacksaw today. The battery came half charged, which is perfect like it should the hacksaw feels very very high quality as well as the battery and the charger. It came with a very nice canvas bag. It is a good size as well as four blades to metal and two for wood I have the battery charging now I am very excited to try this at work tomorrow. I am a commercial electrician and this tool is essential to what I do. I will definitely be back on with an update after I put it to the test for a little while. I am very pleased with this purchase, having not even tried it yet, so I’m very excited to get to see what It can do.

I love the saw but the battery didn't last but about 15 minutes. I've ordered several of these saws before and had no problem with battery till now. Now I have a saw and no battery or have to buy one and can't afford at $50.00. I gave it a #3 rating due to battery. Had battery been good it would have been a #5 😪

So far has held up very well. Battery really lasts! One handed use and lightweight fir arthritic hands.
