Best Colour Corrector for dark circles around the eyes
LA Girl is an essential must have for colour correcting if you have any darker skin around your eyes! It was sold out everywhere. Delighted to have discovered it from this online store. And at a great price too!!! I stocked up with extra 😄

Perfect shade of orange
I have been using this product for years, first recommended to me by a family member. I have medium to dark skin and this is exactly the orange shade concealer needed to conceal dark blemishes and uneven skin tone. Great product and a staple in my makeup bag.

Not accurate colour
Good consistency however the colour was not “orange” and appeared more of a deep pink tone, even when applied which only worsened the appearance of the dark circles I was trying to conceal

Easy to apply, gives great coverage and is effective at colour correction
I am very new to the concept of colour correction and I have to say this works well, a little goes a long way so I can see this lasting a long time. It's easy to blend in using a brush and I then used a transparent fixer to lock it in place, before applying foundation. The overall effect was much better than I'd managed previously and it meant that I needed a lot less foundation.

Looks more natural than concealer on it's own
The LA girl concealer comes with a brush applicator which helps to minimise wastage. You only need a very thin layer which is then blended out to cover up any ashy tones on your skin. I am an Indian girl with light/ medium olive skin tone.For me, my problem area is my under eye circles. After applying LA girl & concealer to one eye and concealer only to the other eye. The only difference that I notice is that the LA girl side doesn't look as ashy and definitely has a more natural look than the concealer on its own. I'm terms of coverage, I don't feel that the LA girl concealer provides any benefit over and above a regular concealer on its own which is why I'm giving 4 stars. I will continue to use this product because it has an almost tacky, matt, primer-like consistency when dried which helps the concealer set. It also helped my under eyes look more natural with the final make-up look.
