Good flour
I buy this as and when needed as now no longer use plain flour. I bake very often and find this flour really good and tastes good as well. Quality is good and produces great bakes whether in bread, cookies, cake or other bakes.

Flour suitable for people suffering bloating
This flour is perfect for bread, cakes etc. The main reason why I use it is because it's ground from an ancient grain which produces a gluten which is approriate for my dietary needs. It's excellent and such a good taste.

Works for everything
This is my third bag and I use it to replace wheat flour in all my cooking and baking recipes. Great stuff.

Fantastic Flour, makes gorgeous bread
I love this flour and it came at a good price and quickly from Amazon when the miller was out of stock. Husband cannot tolerate wheat but, he can tolerate Spelt (apparently, ancient Roman wheat), which is available in supermarkets but all too often in a wholemeal format...too healthy for my man who craves a white slice of bread. And here it is, I make 3 loaves at a time with this fabulous flour, perfect rise, very tasty and then, I hide them because when we have guests they all ask to take a loaf home as it tastes so good. The flour can be used like any other plain flour, sauces, pastry etc and I wouldn't buy anything else.

Good, use it
Very good quality, great to eat wheet flour without gluten damages , love it, the genetic ly modified wheat ( the cheep stuff in supermarkets) cause a lot of damage to bowls.

Fantastic multipurpose spelt flour at very good price
Normal flour makes me very sick, so for years I have been using spelt flour. The 16 kg white flour bag is excellent value for money compared with Waitrose prices. Where I live i cannot find spelt flour anywhere else. I mix with spelt wholemeal flour ( from the same company) and add seeds. I have never had any digestives issues with this flour. I also use this flour for cakes, scones, pancakes and they all come out very good and tasty. It lasts long enough . I store the 16kg bag in the cupboard under the stairs and wrap the bag in cling film. Flour last long enough without any issues. Although I bake bread at least once a week. This picture above is my latest bake of mixed white/wholemeal with walnuts and mixed seeds. Very popular!
