The banner is made of felt & layered so it looks like a higher quality than just paper! I used the tassel banner for the high chair at her party.

You do have to loop them onto a string but it comes with all tools to do that. It didn’t take long. The tassels and the balls come already strung. Great quality and looked so cute! Great price!

They’re ok I mean for the price it’s not going to be spectacular. But you can def tell it’s cheap

Was not expecting the pieces to be made of felt. You also must assemble the banners yourself, so make sure you do that a day or two ahead of your party. They turned out super cute though for our backdrop!
