I work 8 hours on my feet, and every day I arrive super tired, they recommended that I use this device, and since I have already bought some items from this brand, and I have been very satisfied with them, I decided to buy this model, and I tell you that it has helped me. It worked wonderfully, I used it when I got home, it is automatically programmed for half an hour, and it has a variety of programs to use, you can place the massage with or without vibration, in addition to heat, you can choose whether only on the legs or on the feet , or do a relaxation program where I vary the zones and intensify the heat and vibration, it left me super relaxed, now every time I get tired, I sit in front of the TV with this equipment and rest, as has been said.

I'm not going to lie. These are kinda rough to put on. It's a whole lot of Velcro to deal with. I have pretty bad restless leg syndrome and I've had these for about a month. I've used them twice. I would give them 2 stars for convenience. But a solid 4 for easing my pain and discomfort. Great for the money. Kind of noisy, but it's tolerable. There's a lot of room to adjust the straps to fit anyone. Plus it comes with extensions. Overall good product.

Bought these but thought they were too long for me so I gave them to a friend (I’m only 5 feet tall). Finally had to use them today. Best. Feeling. Ever. The air pressure and massage are amazing. You want good blood circulation and great feeling legs? How about muscles that don’t feel like they’re pushing out of your skin? Highly recommend.

I have chronic health issues and debilitating nerve and muscle pain and involuntarily muscle spasms in my legs that keeps me up at night in enormous pain. I use this twice a day and it helps with all the setting with circulation and many times I fall asleep. The pain change from using this I can’t even put into words!!! I can’t recommend this enough. There are so many different ones online to choose from and while it takes a minute to get on and adjust to your legs it’s worth it!! It has vibration, heat with two settings to choose from and I need a lot of pressure so it’s perfect. You can also put it on a relaxing setting and other setting to choose feet or legs only. I ordered the entire leg and it’s wonderful. Some of these products can be so expensive.

Do you have three different sections? You have to wrap around your legs. They don’t actually massage or squeeze in the heat is barely room temperature. Do not waste your money!

Varying pressure (squeeze) works very well. There are various settings for each area (heat, vibration and pressure). All work well. It takes a bit of getting used to for getting them on, but once you get the hang of it, all is fine. You don't want to wrap the legs too tightly, especially if you put the pressure on high. If you do, you'll quickly learn to either drop the pressure or loosen the grip.
