Great product for building up your immunity system.

Easy for those who do not like tablets tast zesty lime of like vitamin c foamy when it dissolves eat to take effective for my joints

I bought this to make my own home-made electrolyte drinks based on green tea - when added the powder fizzes and mixes well. Someone commented that it leaves a chalky residue - so do the commercial electrolyte powders.

When I need a quick boost in these essential minerals, this is my 'go-to' product. I mix the powder into a half cup of cooled herbal tea, making it relatively easy to swallow. It does fizz a bit, but not anywhere nears as much as products like Berocca or Andrews Health Salts. I have noticed that if you don't swirl the glass before drinking the last bit, you leave a residue behind. I guess it is the calcium carbonate part, as that is just talcum powder (chalk). Not sure why it comes in that form, it may well just be a filler.

This product has helped with other products taken from, Stomach Acid is good for us book. I 've been taken a spoonful in a little water after my main meal. Combined with oure Mastika gum Serrapeptase and Manuka honey 25 I have cured my acid reflux oesphagitis and Gastritis. Change of diet. Thankyou
