Best eye brow pencil
This is the best eyebrow pencil I have used and is a lovely colour. Fine, easy to use pencil tip. Just wish it lasted longer

Avoid Ash Brown on Amazon
I’ve used this for years in Espresso and love it as a product, my go to! However, I decided it was a bit warm for me and bought Ash Brown (from a physical store) a couple of months ago which I liked much better. I was running out so re-ordered Ash Brown on Amazon for the first time and it was discoloured, almost grey (compared to my old blunt ash brown, a totally different colour), had no colour pay off and snapped at the smallest bit of pressure. Having read other reviews, this seems to be an issue with the Ash Brown shade specifically so I would avoid purchasing this shade on Amazon!I’ve had no issues with Espresso previously. I’m sad to see that it can’t be returned or refunded either.

The best eye brow pencil.. I have been using this for years now.. love the colour and consistency.. nice thin tip to allow more definition..

Not recommended!
I have bought this product a few times before and had no problems. This time the packaging didn't look authentic. It had a matt finish to the printing instead of the usual gloss finish. When I tried to apply the eyebrow pencil, it was bone dry and useless. Having read recent reviews by others, I can see this is not an isolated case. I contacted Amazon and received a full refund as the product is defective and not fit for purpose.
