I have problem with my ligaments and I'm very pleased with this product. Easy to use, follow the instructions. Great quality and value for money, highly recommended.

Used for a number of weeks and I have seen improvement with my skin, nails and hair. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to use Collagen for their beauty routine.

The media could not be loaded.  Dosage is 5g with any liquid or food, it tastes like nothing so blends really well with everything. I took it with porridge and sometimes coffee. It contains bovine collagen so its made from grinded animal bones.I have to say although I prefer being mostly vegan I do occasionally eat meat because I think its too difficult to continue on a vegan collagen diet. This helps with my ageing body and has ingredients that target tendons and ligaments in the muscle, though all collagen supplements do that too, this also contains specific synthetic ingredients that target tendons and ligaments copper and maganese which does contribute to the normal maintenance of connective tissue.However If I have a vitamin with copper and magnesium, and just take a normal collagen it will have the same effect together as this. I took a star off because much like its other variation of joints and bones at 18 quid it's not really a value for money product, it's so small.

Not good I thought, and it was slowly getting worse despite massaging and a degree of stretching. My left knee / upper leg became tight when I bent it. Started using this in my coffees not really expecting much, but after just 2 days my left knee started to do all sorts of weird clicking. I thought “is this good or bad??”, but fast forward and I can safely say it has not made things worse but I feel it has helped. I still have a problem (going for physio) but it is massively better compared to before. I now take it once a week as couldn’t afford to use this every day unless I absolutely need to.

Facially my skin looks less tired and brighter.I exercise every day walking and doing free weights, and my energy levels undoubtedly seem much better and my recovery rate is also better.My weight has also become very stable.I’m excited that this may help protect my ligaments and tendons.I believe this is a good product that is well made in European laboratories and is reasonable value, it is packaged in recyclable packaging.It’s a decent dose in my opinion and ideal for my needs.This collagen is bovine in origin, and 1 scoop of powder should be taken with a 200ml drink or added to your food.
