Used to seal the top of my multi fuel burner and my chimney pipe on my narrowboat. Excellent, easy to use product. Recommended.

The internal glass in the oven fell out just before Christmas. Not wanting to hunt for a new oven and the hassle of getting it delivered and fitted in time to cook the Christmas turkey I bought this. The mastic is runnier than normal kitchen/bathroom sealants. We applied a generous bead of it around the door and we did get quite a bit in the glass - masking this off first would have helped. We left it to go off for approx 24hrs. We were then able to remove the excess from the glass using a flat end cutting knife blade. I put the oven on on a low 50degree setting to start with and very gradually and slowly increased the oven temperature. There was minimal smell as the oven heated up so we periodically opened up the door. I have now cooked the Christmas turkey and the internal glass Worth every penny although we do have loads left

Perfecto para salida humos tubo chimenea horno de leña en exterior. Muy recomendable. Y aguanta la temperatura que dice. Al prender el horno de leña por primera vez, pague la novatada y por exceso de leña, la temperatura me subió a 500 grados La silicona aguanto a mas de 300 grados; luego, claro esta, comenzó a soltar un humo negro, pero fue culpa mia, no de la silicona. Por cierto, aun habiendo soportado 500 grados no tiene ninguna perdida en posteriores encendidos del horno. Es la mejor silicona refractaria del mercado.

après 3 ans, installé pour étanchéifier entre la collerette du solin inox et le tuyau d'évacuation des fumées, impeccable, le silicone n'a pas bougé, il est resté bien souple et adhérent, très bon produit.
