Great to get your daily intake of calcium and K vit. Natural geletin capsule, so no worries of having to chew those huge calcium tablets any more nor plastics getting into your system unlike the vegan capsules which I'm allergic to.

Quite a large capsule. I’m used to taking meds so no problem. Definitely making my nails and hair stronger. I do feel better since I started taking these. If you do take vitamins I would recommend you spread them out throughout the day.

It is great to have three essential bone health nutrients in one capsule, especially delighted that the vitamin K1 had been included. I take this at night and I dont wake up with uncomfortable cramp in my legs any more. Great product.

Main disappointment is that the product came in a big huge plastic bag. I expected it to arrive in a normal sealed bottle (as pictured in the photo) so it is pretty inconvenient to store, must unroll this big bag. Made me worried that it might have been tampered with (as vitamins always come safety sealed in a bottle).Otherwise, these are easy to swallow capsules, you only need 1 per day, and they are Calcium Citrate (which I've heard is better that Cal Carbonate). Also had D3 which allows for better absorption.
