Bosch laser measure PLR 30 C (measure distance up to 30m precisely, Bluetooth connectivity, measurement functions)

Bought this for surveying and use it all the time. Works well in dark or bright light, registers of all surfaces so far and has yet to let me down. Would definitely recommend.

this has been helping me alot in my home renovations. its very simple to use and is very accurate. its highly recommended

Works very well in most cases and is extremely accurate down to the millimetre. Delivery was fast.However, i say "most cases" because there are some rare occasions when it will not work so well...1: Being a laser, it obviously just goes through glass/transparent materials, so you can't measure the distance to a surface like a window unless you stick something non-transparent on the glass (masking tape works well).2: You also can't measure the diameter of round/curved objects, but again this should be obvious (it's a laser and light travels in a straight line!) so i knew this before buying. So for this type of thing you'll still need a tape measure.3: If there's no surface for the laser to hit (like the edge of a table) you'll need to stick/hold something at the edge. Even just your hand will work if it reaches.But for MOST cases this laser is far easier, quicker and more accurate than using a tape measure. I say more accurate because often a tape measure will become slightly bent, especially over long distances, while the laser always has exact mm precision. It's also considerably lighter than what a equivalent 30 metre tape measure weighs. Someone else had trouble with Bluetooth but it works perfectly for me. You need the app though.4 stars though because of price... Hardware wise, there's no reason for the high price, and the LCD screen is clearly a cheap one that even the most basic budget phone will likely beat.

Very accurate and easy to use. It saves a lot of time and you can measure on your own. Good piece of kit.

Absolutely in love with this, use it all the time. So easy for measuring and helps me get good references when measuring this old place where absolutely nothing is at right angles! Also, feel like James Bond.

but does the job very well. Turned a tedious chore of running around with a tape measure (and two people) into a really easy job. Nice little piece of kit.
