Great Treadmill + Exemplary Customer Service
Very impressed with this product and exemplary customer service. I purchased the treadmill and within a day received a call to arrange a suitable day for delivery the following week. Treadmill comes 95% assembled, final 5% was easy, follow the instructions and few simple screws/washers etc. and it's assembled and ready to use within 20 minutes. Treadmill looks great, good sized running platform, very sturdy and surprisingly easy to move around when assembled. Just a note that you will probably require two people to lift it out of the box. On my first use of the treadmill I did notice there was a friction sound coming from the movement of the belt on the left side. I emailed Branx and within an hour got a reply from Rachel giving me the likely cause plus a video of how to correct it and to let her know if it was successful. The belt was slightly miss aligned, but using the Allen key provided it was a simple 1/2 turn clockwise on the left side and 1/2 turn anti-clockwise on the right, let the treadmill run for a minute and hay-presto it was perfectly back in line with the sound gone. I've never used a treadmill before, after several runs I thought I could hear a knocking sound coming from the motor when I stood beside it whilst having a rest. I emailed Branx, later that afternoon I received a call from maintenance, explained what I was hearing, and he arranged a day to personally come out and check my machine plus brought a spare Treadmill with him in case there was anything wrong with mine. He gave my machine a full work over, everything was perfect, just needed a little bit of lubricant under the belt; because the machine is so quiet all I was hearing was just a bit of the motor rotating. I love this treadmill, very happy with my purchase, glad I paid that tiny bit extra, well worth it, would recommend to anyone looking.

FANTASTIC!! If I could give more stars I would x
Did a lot of research into buying a Running Machine... And this one by far is the closest you will get to the quality and spec of the ones you find in the gym. Fantastic quality, perfect length running belt for 5ft 8 upwards so you don't end up shortening your stride which would have impact on your technique and also joints, excellent inclines, haven't used the programmes yet as I'm currently recovering from surgery so unable to use it but my 14 year old son who the machine was bought for also is a sprinter, 5ft 8 and still growing hasn't touched on the programs yet but has been using it everyday since it was put together a week ago.... Perfect for his training and he is loving It! Great shock absorbing, haven't used the Bluetooth yet as he runs with ear buds, fan is not very powerful but it makes no difference what's so ever as he opens the window.... Good old fresh air! The belt runs smoothly, very quite apart from the sound of your foot coming down, easy to use.... And definitely my best purchase by far and worth every penny. He puts the incline to 1%-2% as my opinion only and what I've been adviced from other people is that it better mimics outdoor running and is also better for your knees. We lubricated the belt before 1st use as we were adviced by BRANXS as the changes in temp when being delivered causes the lubricant to dry out... Which it had. Customer service is the best I have ever experienced in my 44 years.... Helpful, thorough and informative through every step from purchase, packing, leaving them, delivery and aftercare support... Nothing is to much trouble for the team. 101% care from them at all times x Extremely excited and wait in great anticipation for their Rowing Machine that will be coming out shortly so I can purchase x The Running machine is upstairs in our house... It took 2 fairly strong people to lift it up the stairs step by step and slide it along the hallway to the gym room... Yes it's heavy but it's definitely doable. It's extremely well packaged and comes 95% put together... It even came with a free gift also x I am the DIY lover in the house but due to me being in plaster non weight bearing my partner who bless his heart is absolutely NOT a DIY person was able to put it together...(unpackaged and put together in the room) Only a few screws... Very, very easy 30 min job and it's good to go 😊 The only thing I can hear downstairs is my sons feet coming down on the belt and the beeping of the speed changes so all in all considering he is running above my head it's remarkably quite, more so when it is on the incline. I'm looking forward to going on it once I've recovered and decorating the room which is on hold till I'm mobile again 😊

Great treadmill, Great after sales service
I purchased this treadmill specifically as I wanted a fold up unit, to minimise floor space when I am not using it. The treadmill is very easy and quick to get in to position and to fold up again. In use it feels robust with a good range of speed and incline options. After about 18 months of use I had an error message appear. I reached out to BranX fitness. After short round of fault diagnosis they determined I needed a new part sending which was dispatched to me. On receiving it I was able to fit the part myself in about 15 minutes. I am now back up and running. When I connected BranX Fitness to ask a) what is the cost, b) do you want the old item back. The reply was no cost and no need to return the faulty part. Great service, quick diagnosis, followed up by a solution. Peter from BranX did offer to get on the phone to talk me through the swap over process, but it was straight forward enough that this was not necessary. Thanks!

Just a lovely machine
I did a lot of research into renewing my treadmill. Our old one (also brought on Amazon) had lasted 8 years so really couldn’t complain. Being used to running on a treadmill I wanted to replace it with another good model. I looked into all the big brands but kept coming back to Branx based both on the reviews of the product and of their customer service. I have not been disappointed. The customer service team were brilliant from start to finish. They answered all my questions ahead of me booking the product. Once ordered we were given a slot for delivery the night before. The treadmill was delivered on time and the delivery team were so helpful. We actually had someone help put it up however as per all the reviews it really is just 8 bolts and it went up really easily. As per the instruction manual it was a little noisy on first starting up but once it got going and we lubricated it that went away. Pros The treadmill is very robust. Not overly large but really sturdy. It’s a pleasure to run on. Ive really noticed how much softer it is as opposed to our older one. It’s very smooth and soft on the knees. The incline is great and does everything I need. The quick buttons are well placed whilst you still have access to increase and decrease on both arms. The screen is easy to read. There are programmes that you can use and if so I suggest referring to the manual to see where you should start as for those who are used to running starting at programme 1 would be too easy. I havent used the Bluetooth but it is a nice touch. I wanted a machine that I could just turn on and run how I wanted or with an app on my ipad. It doesnt have all the touch screen bits that some other treadmills do but I didnt want that as I really wouldnt use it. And theres less to go wrong!! The customer service team are great. They are totally responsive and really want to make sure you have a good experience. Cons The only con I have is that although you can put a tablet on the machine it does then cover the screen with your speed and time etc which really isnt ideal when your following a programme on your tablet. However this isnt the end of the world and I have place a tablet holder by the side and use that instead. So I highly recommend this model and make.

Great treadmill, excellent customer service.
I bought this treadmill, over any others, because of the warranty. I liked the large running surface, I liked the speed options (faster than most) and incline options (higher than many), but I wanted worry free running. This treadmill is large and well built. Too well built in fact, to the point that some of the self assembly (there isn't much) involves screwing self taping screws into pre-drilled holes. The steel frame is so sturdy that a few screws actually failed to cut into the steel. No problem though, as there were plenty of spare screws and eventually I got it up and running. The treadmill folds away, as seen on the second picture of the description here on Amazon. The hydrolics for this are smooth and make it a doddle, and when it comes to lowering down; a quick push on the hydrolic rod to unlock it; sees it neatly and smoothly fold down to the floor "hands free". With the treadmill folded it is surprisingly mobile to wheel around. Warning - this is a heavy duty treadmill! It may be easy to wheel around , but its still a hefty piece of kit, and you wouldn't want to be lifting it! The treadmill itself, in use, is smooth and not overly loud. The platform is very well sprung. Possibly too well? It doesn't feel quite as firm under foot as some of the commercial treadmills, but I don't mind this. Its probably better for long distance running anyway. It seems to only do KPH, so if you only work in MPH you may be disappointed. I adapted pretty quickly. Finally, for the treadmill itself, its calibration is (on my machine) towards the conservative. I quickly realised that I can't run on this treadmill with it set to the same speed as the technogym ones in the gym. I have to run about 1kph slower. Meaning my 10k time on this is about 5 minutes slower than at the gym. Having said that, my 10k time outside is about 3 minutes slower than on the treadmills in the gym and 2 minutes faster than this treadmill. So this is actually MORE accurate. But its more demoralising too! (until you realise its not you!) And so finally, I come onto the warranty. Does it work? I don't know, nothings broken. But send Branx an email and they get back to you within 24-48 hours. I've done this twice with random questions. The most recent question was about lubricating the moving parts. Not only did I get the answer I wanted, but they've promised me a few bottles of special lubricant, free of charge, to do it with. I also mentioned some wear and tear to the buttons and they are sending someone out, because "even though wear and tear is expected, we take care of our customers......to us your happiness is everything" (quoted from the email I just received) And you can't say fairer than that.

Great product. Fantastic customer service.
Took my time searching online for a treadmill as really worried about receiving a product and it feeling flimsy and uncomfortable to run on. I am glad I took my time as am really happy with this product. Reading information and reviews on this product it seemed like money has been spent in the right areas. Good running area and powerful motor being key. I was almost swayed by a fancy screen with all entertainment bells and whistles but when you compare the things that are important for a treadmill then this one smashes others in the price category. I will just mount a small smart TV or utilise my tablet for entertainment. Received the product and very easy to assemble. Comes in just two bits and instructions very clear. Handy assembly kit with product so no need for bunch of tools. First run felt smooth with good running area as advertised. Controls very easy to use and adjust which is useful. Also more than I need for speed and incline but nice to have to mix up training. Haven't utilised many of the programs yet but looking forward to getting past this minor injury and getting right into it. You can tell the staff behind the product have alot of faith in it and comfortable enough to offer a solid warranty and great customer support. I had a query regarding a slight slipping of my belt after assembly. Rachel was rapid in coming back to me with support and informed me that during the journey up to Shetland, the belt possibly slackened a tad and just required an easy bit of tightening (easy process with alen key provided) . I also accidentally threw out my belt lubricant and again Sarah couldn't have been more helpful in sending me some more. For me it has only been tiny issues I could likely have sussed myself but It does give me the confidence that if some larger issue crops up in future, then I am sure they will be there to assist and easy to contact (not always the case). Negatives: Really not much ... The pigeon / chinese English voice when activating the Bluetooth etc is a tad funny. All in all a solid performer and really happy with my pick. Stevie 33 Shetland

Excellent quality and well worth the money.
After much research on treadmills within my budget I seemed to keep gravitating back to the Branx Elite Runner Pro. I read many of the glowing reviews posted by happy customers and couldn't find anything remotely like it competition wise for the same money and features. Firstly the customer service from Branx is exceptional. They keep you updated on progress of the delivery and follow up with courtesy contacts to see how things are going. I've had this treadmill for around 4 months and I've used it every other day since. My partner has also taken to it and uses it on alternate days. This is my first treadmill purchase and so far I'm over the moon with it. My initial concern was the apparent lack of incline ability as I'm used to 25% inclines at the commercial gym, but I have to say that the incline level on this machine is deceptive. I'm currently using it for jogging and fitness beep tests and do between 3 & 5k, incline fast pace walks which at the moment.gets me sweating buckets at only a 7% angle and 6.7kph. I'm not a massive distance runner but find 45-60 minutes on this machine offers much the same xcersion equivalent as any commercial treadmill 5 or 6 times more expensive. I only have 2 very small gripes with this machine. The first being lack of cooling fan and the second no hand grips which come in really useful when on steeper inclines. I've added a couple of straps to the upright metal posts which are rock solid and this helps stabilize you even on the max incline level. See attached images. Please note: I would not recommend fitting any straps or similar to the main dashboard as this is made of plastic and would likely sustain damage with prolonged use. Pros: Very sturdy Easy to assemble Quality/price Clear easy use controls Folds up nice and compact Oil filled damper for controlled deck decent Nice long running deck. Great customer service. Relatively quiet. Cons: None of real note, other than lack of handles for incline training.

Excellent Machine and Excellent Service
Having purchased three other treadmills in the last two years and all of them breaking, I was in the market for something able to stand up to the usage - I think this machine will. The first thing I noticed when ordering a Branx was the customer service; I actually had a telephone conversation with them to check the order was all Ok and sort out delivery. Delivery was on the date agreed and the two guys that delivered were very polite and very friendly. Cleared up all of the packaging (I had the machine put together) and didn't leave until it was exactly where we wanted it - see picture. So the customer service was fantastic, but what about the machine? First thing to note is that it looks good - the orange detailing sets it off nicely and, as you can see in the picture, it looks good in its environment. Whilst lots of buttons and modes are great to have, my biggest concern is the running deck - that is where my feet are going to land thousands of times over the coming months!! I was a little concerned when I first saw the machine because where my previous ones had two wheels and I needed to tip it to move it, this one has four (when it is folded up) and is very easy to move. It has a further two wheels on the back of the deck so that when it is down the whole machine is standing on 6 wheels (castors). I was concerned that the motion of running would cause it to drift around. I have it standing on a concrete floor on rubber matting and, surprise, it goes nowhere. In fact completely the opposite, the deck feels nice and firm with no vibration and is very, very quiet - just the slap of my slightly flat feet can be heard!! Running on this machine feels no different to some of the high end, very high priced, professional units I have used in gyms. The console is clear and easy to use but is a little lower than previous machines I have owned. I found this a bonus as I don't feel I am going to hit my hands on the handles but, not being too tall at 5ft 7in, it still means the console is slightly further away from me - why is that a benefit, well I normally wear reading glasses or contacts for short distance and the console is just far enough away that I don't need them!!! The screen is very clear and easy to read and having incline and speed controls on the handles (as well as the console) is a bonus. Any downsides - the only thing I have noticed is the lack of a pause facility. On my previous machines I have been able to pause during sessions (for interval training) but maintain the full time / distance covered. When I hit stop on the Branx all info seems to be cleared - maybe I am missing something. However, that is simply a difference in the way this works rather than a negative and, as I train down to my next 1/2 marathon in May, I look forward to using the Branx on those cold mornings or dark evenings when getting out on the road is not an option......
