I used this brand before, last year. And I have always had great results. I noticed when I don't take it the changes in my cycle can be delayed or even stopped. Which this brand I find helps regulated. Within 2 weeks I take 2 tablets in the morning, 1 tablet in the evening. The tablets is big I break and crush into my morning yogurt with fruit. The taste of the tablets is a little sour but I personally don't mind. As most things that is sour is more healthy for you in general. It has help my cycle and period return as normal. Great results balancing the hormones I've seen my skin looks better, I feel more relaxed and energised. I'm in my 40s I have been under lots different types of stress and not great at sleeping. I would say these tablets I noticed has helped even last year they helped me now. I would recommend, this brand. My only issue is that it's pricey. And would prefer the tablets in glass jar so I can reuse the bottles. I would like to try the tea, but again very pricey to how much you get in the grams which isn't much. But generally good products.

I could not thank enough whoever made this supplements. I can say that they are quiet expensive but they are worth all the money. I was struggling with regulating my period as I was trying to get pregnant and thanks to this supplements and their effectivenes, they helped me get back on track and finally get pregnant! So I can say with a lot of confidence that they are the best supliments to regulate your hormone levels and pcos. Yes they are a bit big ik size but I was willing to take them in order to fix myself.

I don't believe In coincidence these tablets have made all the difference, Iv had pcos since I was 12 and suffered with all the typical side effects quite badly. One of the biggest being my moods, I usually take the pill to stop me feeling low but as where trying for a baby unfortunately I have been without for over a year. The last few months I have had so many low days but since starting these tablets 5 weeks ago I'm a different person. No mood swings no low days. It has also helped with my acne, I'm on top of my skin I use steroid cream for my face but since taking these tablets I have been able to go days without using it which is a bonus. I have never ever had a natural period, they have always been induced by provea medication. However the last year even these have failed me to come on. After taking these tablets for 3 weeks I have finally had a proper period (albeit along side provea). Like I said we are trying for a baby and it's been a hard 18 months, I have twin boys so I thought it would be easier this time but it's felt impossible but I am finally feeling positive I have found something that will help me get through it and loose weight (bye bye sugar cravings). I would happily smash 5 doughnuts daily before but now my sugar cravings are bare minimum-Thank god! Apsolute game changer, My partner thanks you also as I haven't been a moody cow for weeks lol

Okay... I don’t know if it’s too early to leave a review so I may update this. I’m still currently on my first bottle (I take x2 a day not 4) have actually ovulated this month!! All my ovulation tests come back positive, I got 4 days worth of CM and when tracking my BBT, my temp has actually risen days later which indicated I most likely ovulated!! Whilst I have not been diagnosed for PCOS yet, I have every symptom in the book. My periods are very irregular as my cycles range from 35-60 days, I know it’s too early to see if my period will come on time but this is the first time in ages I got all the ovulation symptoms! I honestly think it was these tablets as I haven’t changed anything else? The tablets are big but I cut them in half and swallow them quickly - tip- when taking these tablets drink from a water bottle as the flow of water pushes the tablet down quickly and it doesn’t get stuck. I found when drinking from a cup, the tablet would get lodged in my throat and I was near enough choking!! Will be purchasing more of these when they run out!! UPADATE: I had a 32 day cycle this month!! I can’t remember the last time I actually had a “regular” cycle. I haven’t changed anything else apart from taking these tablets? I do think there are cheaper brands out there so I may look around but can’t fault these ones really!

Update: 24/6/19: Now pregnant after 2 months of taking these ;) I've battled with PCOS on and off for years. This syndrome can develop or get worse after miscarriages due to the increased blood flow past the ovaries, which can create cysts. I've had 3 failed pregnancies and now I'm noticing my PCOS symptoms definitely occur after that happens. The longer your cycle (from the start of one period until the day before the next period) and the more irregular your period, the more likely you have a hormone imbalance. Knowing I have had PCOS, I have been tracking my period for several months now and could definitely see signs of hormone imbalance. I began taking these at the end of April; in March I had a 31 day cycle. In April I had a 34 day cycle (it ended up starting on May 2nd). After taking these for a month (almost exactly) my next period started only 28 days later (May 30th). I couldn't believe it. It means they're definitely regulating my hormones and this period has been the easiest (least painful) one I've had for a long time. If you're trying to conceive, the further apart one period is the the next, the more difficult the TTC journey tends to be. So knowing these shorten the cycle must shine hope on so many. The only issues I have: 1) The pills are enormous. Even if you snap them in half, that only creates sharp edges which hurt as the pill goes down the throat. I would much rather take 4 smaller ones. 2) The price is incredibly expensive for a supplement. If you're TTC, it's going to be an expensive ride. For people with a lower income, this is a proper investment so you might need to consider this before taking them. I'm pleased to see there's undeniable evidence that the pills do something. Whether they create a healthier egg, thus making it easier to conceive remains to be seen. But the placebo effect alone will make a more positive person (thus lessening the stress), which all helps the TTC journey.

I switched to these pills from myo- and d-chiro inositol powder, which worked fine for my period regulation, but I decided to give these pills a try. After months and several days taking these I experienced a longer period delay than I expected. So I switched to similar powder again couple of weeks ago and I have my menstruation back soon, as I already feel symptoms. I think pills do not work for me and they are too big and expensive. For the future, I would consider taking supplements only in powder form.

I personally would not recommend this product at all!! I was diagnosed with PCOS about 5 years ago. My symptoms aren't the worst as my periods are still regularish/I have a general idea of when one might come, but I've had a lot of issues with hair growth, ovarian cysts and weight gain amongst other things. When I was diagnosed I decided that I wanted to try tackling this as naturally as possible instead of going down the medicine route. At the beginning of the first lockdown I was the heaviest I've ever been and decided to truly commit to a healthier lifestyle to try and tackle my PCOS. I was fairly active before this but pretty inconsistent. I signed up to the bodycoach plan during that first lockdown. On the plan I was doing 5 homeworkouts a week and improving my diet. My weightloss on the plan was incredibly slow largely due to my PCOS which I kind of expected. After 8 months of very slow weightloss on the plan I saw these and thought this was the answer to all my prayers. I quickly bought them and took them religiously. I took them for about 2 months and if anything my symptoms became ALOT worse. My face was breaking out alot more than usual, my period stopped completely, the hair growth on my face became alot worse and I became so tired and dizzy that on some days I would find myself going to bed at 6/7pm. I even tried reducing the recommended dose to 2 per day but that didn't help. Since I've stopped taking them I've noticed I'm back to my 'normal' self and my period is making an appearance again.

Seems good quality. Large tablets can be hard to swallow if you find that difficult, and they taste a lil weird but they're not sweets so not a big deal for me. I do feel like they are effective. I noticed an improvement of my PCOS symptoms, particularly at times of the month where they'd usually spike, particularly energy levels.
