Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring Paperback – 28 Jan. 2016

This volume of Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring is the Naruto Gaiden. It is mainly focusing on Uchiha Sarada, which is Sasuke's daughter. You get to see a few children from her generation as well as Naruto as the Hokage and Sakura among a few more adults as well.The art is amazing as always from Kishimoto. There are a few extra pages here and there that display artworks, which is really nice to see! Seeing Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura as adults is really fun!The story is good and intriguing, it is nice to read before watching Boruto: Naruto the Movie.I would recommend this volume to any Naruto fan!

This little post- Naruto story, adds to the ending of the original manga 72 volumes (making this 73) and gives us a little more closure than the "last" volume. This story mainly focuses on a girl named Sarada who decides to go looking for her father and find out who her mother really is.The art is still fantastic and this book is definitely worth purchasing whether you own the other 72 manga or if you've finished the anime.I highly recommend picking this up

Perfect Condition

This is basically a 'bridge' volume that follows on from the last chapter of Naruto in a very small, self-contained story arc.However as there is a 'Boruto' series in the works this helps to introduce a few of the newest generation of Konoha Ninja and catch up with old 'friends' too. Not Kishimotos best work by far but still a nice addition to the overall plot and world of Naruto.Essential for your Naruto collection.

The manga is really interesting, I like how keeps up a suspense regarding Sarada, don't wanna spoil so in whole this manga is quite good! Must buy if a Naruto fan

This new addition to the Naruto canon occurs after the events of the main Naruto story.Another great addition to the Naruto collection!

Very great story from masashi kishimoto its the end for now but I will look forward to his next manga work

Not a lot of action in it but it's still a great story. I recommend.

Haven't read it yet but for the first time in a while amazon delivered a book that wasn't beat up and destroyed so that's always a plus, should be a good read though.

Post Naruto Shippuden stories are really enjoyable after that weird ending of the 4th war. I'm in absolute love with this Kishimoto illustration style he perfected after 2009 in the Kakuzu-Hiddan arc.As always, the Viz books are great in quality-price terms.

Naruto Gaiden nos mostra Konoha 20 anos após a Grande Guerra Mundial Ninja. Vemos que Sasuke Uchiha é um homem redimido, um homem que faz de tudo para proteger sua aldeia natal e todo o mundo ninja, onde esposa e filha moram. Há rastros ainda de Kaguya Ootsutsuki, e Sasuke está em uma missão ultra secreta (onde somente os Kages sabem de seu exercício e também sua esposa, Sakura). Nesse spin-off vemos a vontade do fogo crescendo em Sarada Uchiha, onde sua maior figura de admiração é Naruto Uzumaki, o Sétimo Hokage - da onde surge seu sonho em ser a próxima Hokage. Tendo visto o pai pela última vez ainda muito criança, Sarada não se lembra de seu rosto, e nem de detalhes ou o passado do pai ou o clã Uchiha; coisas que sua mãe não pode lhe responder dada a sua idade, e também, dado que seu pai deve ser a pessoa a lhe contar sobre todo o passado de sua família paterna já morta.Com tantas dúvidas na cabeça quanto a sua família e até mesmo a o que o pai exatamente faz fora de Konoha por tantos anos, Sarada chega até mesmo a duvidar se sua mãe é sua verdadeiramente sua mãe, mostrando a crise existencial da pré-adolescente.Naruto Gaiden é uma leitura envolvente, importantíssima para enriquecimento da obra Naruto, e também, uma história para aquecer o coração de quem sempre quis ver os personagens Sasuke e Sakura felizes e juntos. Por ter lido Naruto Gaiden em português pela Panini, percebi muitos erros de tradução ao comprar a versão em inglês da editora Vizmedia, e por esse motivo, remendo a compra do spin-off em inglês. A editora americana Vizmedia é muito mais fiel a tradução/adaptação do japonês ao inglês (diferente da Panini aqui no Brasil, que muda muito o sentido de algumas frases na hora da tradução/adaptação).

Sasuke and Sakura have a daughter and Naruto has a son. Other leading characters in the manga story also have children!I did not like Saduke in the manga story because he seemed devoid of humane emotions. He’s changed! But he still does not show or is capable of showing his true feelings to his daughter. Poking the forehead of his daughter with his index and middle fingers is the best he could do. I think I like Sasuke now.Overall, good story for sure.
